Repairs to upholstry of Sofa Set 5 pieces, consisting of a 2 pieces with arms and 3 pieces without arms by removing existing upholstry replacing of all unserviceable materials, viz, tapastry, springs, coir fibre, hessain cloth, long cloth, cotton, cane sticks ete, if any to restore the set all as per drg (Serviceable coir fibre, cotton, cane sticks, spring etc retrived shall be reused, but the acrylic tapastry shall be new costing minimum of Rs.350/- per ), complete all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Replacement of existing U/S cushion of Sofa Set with new foam cushion 40 density 100mm thick of Duroflex/Sleepwell make duly covered with tapestry cloth including mulmul cloth and stitching, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Each cushion for seat or back will be measured as single unit. (ii) The tapastry cloth shall be matt finish and shall not less than Rs. 450/- per metre and as approved by GE. The cover will be stitched on three sides and one side fitted with good quality Zip

Removing existing unserviceable front rail from Sofa three seater and providing new first class teak wood front rail of size 35mmx 100mm x 1590 mm, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing existing unserviceable front rail from Sofa single seater and providing new first class teak wood front rail of size 35mm x 10mm x 530 mm, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of old wood surfaces by completely taking down/removing the old polish, scraping and filling bore holes with putty and finally rubbing with sand paper/ abbrasive cloth throughly for smooth and clean surface and applying two or more coats of Melamyne polish using gun spray (Mohogini/Walnut color) till the required finish is achieved all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. for the following furniture articles:- Sofa chairs (Each chair will measured single unit)

Recaning of repaired Chair Spl with hand rest wooden with best quality of approved plastic cane 1.80 x0.46mm cane and border with 3x0.60mm cane of white or cream/ivory all as specified on drawing all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Opening out old unserviceable hand rest of chair spl with hand rest wooden and S&F new hand rest made out of prelaminated particle board 18mm thick of reqd shape and size around the beading and finished with french polish two or more coat to achive good finish after preparing well smooth surface all as specified and directed.

Chair Spl with hand rest Steel : Opening out old unserviceable seat and S&F new seat suitable for chair spl steel with hand rest size as required made of seasoned teak wood duly canned with half round 2mm cane plastic of approved quality and duly polished with sprit polish two or more coat to achieve good finish after preparing well smooth surface of frame all as specified and directed.

Opening out old unserviceable back and S&F new back suitable for chair spl steel with hand rest size as required made of seasoned teak wood duly canned with half round 2mm cane plastic of approved quality and duly polished with sprit polish two or more coat to achieve good finish after preparing well smooth surface of frame all as specified and directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable Front leg (Left or Right) side of chair spl with hand rest steel and providing with new front leg made out of 25 mm square shape MS tube including welding to the chair spl steel with hand rest & applying two coats of Green/olive green synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to match with existing shade etc complete all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
