Supply and laying XLPE insulated armoured (heavy duty) electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade of following size including taking down with jointing kit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge as follows :

25 Sqmm x 2 Core

35 sqmm x 3.5 core

70 Sqmm x 3.5 Core

95 Sqmm x 3.5 Core

120 Sqmm X 3.5 Core

300 Sqmm x 3.5 Core

Excavation, in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying cabel/GI Pipe and getting out old bricks in soft/ loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Sand cushioning to under ground cable with dry sand locally available 8cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm above the cable, stretching and testing of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Payment purpose punned thickness shall be measured 18 CM.

Supply and laying sub class ‘B’ bricks well burnt for cable protections laid flat with length equal to width of brick over cable perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade for outdoor termination end joint kit, heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade for indoor termination end joint kit heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade for straight through, heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
