The scope of work shall be comprising of the following activities:- (a) Servicing and maintenace/repairs and replacement of defective components/ spare parts of PLC based control panels including all accessories modem, antenna etc. installed at various pump houses, OHT and master control station, mimic panel. (b) Repair/maintenance by disconnecting, cleaning, greasing for wear and tear components complete with servicing, refixing, lathing, installing and commissioning of all motorised valves, pressure switch, ultrasonic level sensor. (c) Any changes to the programmable logic controller (PLC) e.g. changes in ladder logic of programme, changes in operational timing, etc. (limited to the scope of items covered under this AMC) (d) Any changes to the SCADA software, e.g. cchanges in report format, changes in operational screens, creation of soft keys etc. (limited to the scope of items covered under this AMC) (e) SCADA reports related to all the systems to be mailed to AGE/JE on every week. (f) To attend break down maintenance immediately and replacement of unservicable spare parts as required at site as directed by AGE/JE.

Item No 53 contd.... Notes:- (i) All components/spare parts replaced shall be measured and paid seperatly as supply only item mentioned in schedule and fixing charges shall deemed to be include in the unit rate quoted in item. (ii) All the calls related to unservicability/ break down of the system should be attend with in the day immediately, failing which a penalty of Rs 500.00 will be imposed for each day untill the system gets repaired. (iii) The quoted rate shall also inclusive of all the charges for the communications, i.e. 01 No. BSNL broad band connection with static IP at Pump House and GPRS enabled data cards used in all PLC based panel related to this scope of work. (iv) The quoted rate shall also include cleaning and maintaining the surrounding of the installation building in such manner like model installation (v) Minor repair for leakage by providing gland packing, replacement of flange gasket and maintenance of control panel/ pumping set including replacement of rewireable fuses, piece of wire of any guage or size, tightening loose connections etc. of pump house shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor.
