Repair/maintenance of DG Set and other connected items at MFFR under AGE (I) MFFR

M&L for complete servicing of 5 KVA DG set of any make and type to made functional replacing unserviceable spare parts, old oil filer, fuel filter , air cleaner filter element including drain out old engine oil (lubricants), coolants, cleaning of silencer, cleaning of radiator assembly with suitable cleaning reagent to remove rust & scaling and plugging of any water leakage by brazing/ welding work complete including commissioning & testing on full load upto satisfaction after repair/ replacement at unserviceable parts/filter engine oil/ coolant etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- (i) Replaced Spare parts/ engine oil/ coolant shall be measured & paid under appropriate items of Sch 'A') (ii) The rates quoted by the contractor shall include the rate for minor consumables like battery water, grease, nuy bolts during routine AMC check. During the contract period if any checking servicing and cleaning are again required to any times of any DG, the same shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost during the whole contract period, however spare parts will be measured and paid seperately as per contract.

M&L for complete servicing of 25 KVA DG set of any make and type to made functional replacing unserviceable spare parts, old oil filer, fuel filter , air cleaner filter element including drain out old engine oil (lubricants), coolants, cleaning of silencer, cleaning of radiator assembly with suitable cleaning reagent to remove rust & scaling and plugging of any water leakage by brazing/ welding work complete including commissioning & testing on full load upto satisfaction after repair/ replacement at unserviceable parts/filter engine oil/ coolant etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- (i) Replaced Spare parts/ engine oil/ coolant shall be measured & paid under appropriate items of Sch 'A') (ii) The rates quoted by the contractor shall include the rate for minor consumables like battery water, grease, nuy bolts during routine AMC check. During the contract period if any checking servicing and cleaning are again required to any times of any DG, the same shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost during the whole contract period, however spare parts will be measured and paid seperately as per contract.

M&L for complete servicing including dismantling of engine of 25 KVA DG set of any make & type by strip opening and repairing of diesel engine gen set with following repairs/ replacement of worn out spare parts, old oil filer, old fuel filter , old air cleaner filter element including drain out old engine oil (lubricants), coolants, cleaning of silencer, cleaning of radiator assembly with suitable cleaning reagent to remove rust & scaling and plugging of any water leakage by brazing/ welding work complete (with dismantling of rubber hose, fan blades and v belt etc, feeding high pressure air mixed with water alternatively and applying cleaning reagent) and refixing complete including commissioning testing on full load and to entire satisfication of Engineer-in-charge after complete repairing (Testing shall be carried out for 08 hrs continuous and diesel for testing shall be supplied by the deptt for free under Sch-B). (a) Valve set cutting and fixing of valve guide. (b) Fixing of cylinder liner. (c) Cylinder block liner bearing and threading of existing bores. (d) Fixing of piston ring complete. (e) Repair to cylinder block injector sleeves including fixing and testing complete. (Note:- (i) Replaced Spare parts/ engine oil/ coolant shall be measured & paid under appropriate items of Sch 'A') (ii) The rates quoted by the contractor shall include the rate for minor consumables like battery water, grease, nuy bolts during routine AMC check. M&L for complete servicing including dismantling of engine of 63 KVA DG set of any make & type by strip opening and repairing of diesel engine gen set with following repairs/ replacement of worn out spare parts, old oil filer, old fuel filter , old air cleaner filter element including drain out old engine oil (lubricants), coolants, cleaning of silencer, cleaning of radiator assembly with suitable cleaning reagent to remove rust & scaling and plugging of any water leakage by brazing/ welding work complete complete inculding commissioning testing on full load and entire satisfication of Engineer-in-charge after complete repairing (Testing shall be carried out for 08 hrs continious and diesel for testing shall be supplied by the deptt free for testing).
