S&F factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded PVC sheet on the front face and 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face with wood free EPS, supply & fixed in frame at site as per specification & drawing given in relevant sketch to item No. 08101 in SSR Part-II complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC cupboard shutter (Front or shelf) made of 18/ 19mm thick pre-laminated board (Decorated outside and plain white/ cream on inner side) fixed with PVC cleats etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rail, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement rail on either side and as gap inset for top rail and bottom rail, welded/ sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement S&F in the frame and site as per specification & drawing given in relevant sketch to item No. 08101 in SSR Part-II complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pressed steel frames for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc. of profile 125mm x 60mm fabricated out of 1.25mm thick MS sheet complete all as specified.

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement bars in column/ slab/ beam with wire brush/ rotary wire brush to make entire circumference surface of bars free from rust scales, loose material, dirt etc. and applying alkaline rust converting primer on the existing rebar in two coats conforming to ASTMB117 & ASTMG6 and allowing it to react with rust for 6 hrs and form a corrosion resistant, insoluble and adherent protective layer including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove the rust spalls complete as per manufacturer’s instructions all as specified and directed. The rust converter shall have a minimum pH of 7 and shall be able to convert both hematite and magnetite forms of rust shall pass 400 alternate immersion cycles in 3% NaCl complete as specified as directed. Mode of measurement: per sqm of breaking area of concrete.) Make: Asian Paints Apcorep Rust or equivalent make approved by E-in-C’s branch.

M&L applying anti-corrosive coating APCOREP RUSTCOAT RB (CSIR/ CBRI know how) in two coats with time interval of minimum 6 hrs. The coating shall have Ecorr value of 4 mV against SCE in 3 NaCL for 100 hrs and electrochemical evaluation of max 0. mA /cm. This coating shall be applied over APCOREP RUSTREM coated rebars.

M&L applying a coated of structural grade epoxy bond coat Smart Care Epoxy Bounding agent having excellent water and alkali resistance and long tack fee time of not less than 120 minutes and shear bond strength of 4 Mpa to the prepared concrete surface to be repaired/ strengthened all as specified and directed. This shall be applied prior to the application of polymer repair mortar/ epoxy mortar/ micro concrete to have monolithic action between old concrete surface and new concrete surface.

M&L drilling 12mm dia 100mm deep holes in structural members at the interval of 300mm, cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm dia NRV nozzle compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of grouting gun fixed inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy adhesive to ensure complete sealing and allow curing the system for minimum of 8 hrs before grouting including nozzle projections, excess putty, if any over concrete element by grinding, levelling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work , etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken floors of kitchen, toilets, laboratories, bath and WC's etc shall be under:- (i) Application of two component acrylic modified cementitious coating as under:- (aa) The surfaces to be applied shall be completely dry and free from containments such as dirt, dust, oil surface treatments and old coatings. Concrete substrates must be mechanically prepared using abrasive blast cleaning or miling to remove cement laitance existing coatings and achieve a griping profile that is clean dry and free from laitance and any other form of surface contamination. The installation instructions and manufacturer's published literature should be strictly complied with including but not limited to the following. (bb) Chipping out any visible cracks in V-Groove pattern as applicable. Special attention on this part. Cleaning of cracks and than filling those cracks with SIKA latex SBR 100 PUTTY/Dr fixit 302 SBR latex/perma Laxtex SBR /FOSROC Nitabond SBR laxtex / Asian paints latex as required Final cleaning of surface with power grinder wire brush & vacuum pressure, if required. (cc) Dampen all surfaces immediately ahead of application of Acrylic modified Cementitious coating of SIKA Top seal -107/ Brush bond FOSROC/ DR Fixit/ STP/ CICO. (dd) Whilist the surface is still damo from saturation (S.S.D.) apply one coat of Acrylic modified cementitious coating of SIKA Top Seal-107/brush bond FOSROC/DR Fixit/STP/CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer's instructions. (ee) Apply glass fabric sheet of Sika Fab 1/FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP whilst the first coat is wet.

(ff) Once touch dry apply second coat of Acrylic modified cementitious coating of SIKA Top seal-107/ Brush bond FOSROC/DR Fixit/STP/CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer's instructions on the entire area. (gg) Second coat shall be applied 6-8 hours of application of previous coat and in the direction right angle to the previous coat. (hh) The waterproofing coating should be taken to a height min. 450mm above the slab level on the vertical surface. (jj) It is essential to cure Acrylic modified Cementitious coating immediately after application (min. 6-8 hours drying) for a min. of 3 to 5 days to ensure full cement hydration and to minimize cracking. (kk) A protection layer (12-15mm thick) in CM1;3 admixed with appropriate integral water proofing compound has to be applied on the walls. Admixture : SIKA Plastocrete Plus/FOROC/Dr Fixit/ STP/CICO confirming to IS 2645. (ll) Providing and applying a protection screed of 50mm thick (1:4) cement sand mortar admixed with sika plastocrete over the applied water proofing coating on horizontal surfaces. Admixture : SIKA Plastocrete Plus/FOROC/Dr Fixit/ STP/CICO confirming to IS 2645.

(mm) All the corners and joints should be pretreated with elastic water proofing sealing tape with a woven bonding mesh on each surface and an elastic expansions zone in the centre of make Sika Seal Tape S/FOSROC/Dr fixit/STP. (nn) The membrane has to be protected in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations until placement of concrete. The membrane shall be inspected for any damage just prior to concrete placement and repairs in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations shall be made. (oo) Water proofing treatment has to be carried out through applicators authorised by respective manufacturer and as approved by GE.

(ii) All the joints of pipes and traps within sunken portion shall be sealed properly by epoxy sealant. (iii) All CI traps in sunken slabs to be enclosed with PCC (1:1½:3) (min 15cm) all-round. (iv) The sunken portion shall be filled with PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 using graded stone aggregate. (v) Provide drainage spout pipe GI 40mm dia bore light grade up to outside of outer wall (approx 450mm to 600mm long) including cutting to existing wall and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. (vi) Providing 25mm th cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm grade stone aggregate as in flooring for laying floor finish all as specified. Notes :- (a) Item No 179.03 (iv), (v) &(vi) shall be measured and paid for separately (b) Depth of sunken portion has been considered upto 0.45m. (c) For the purpose of payment, only floor area of sunken portion will be measured. Quoted rate shall be deemed to include for this element of work required to be carried out to vertical surface upto full depth on sunken portion.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sub floor and finishing the concrete surface fair & even to receive topping layers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in filling in sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.

Notes: Two runs of 10.0 sqmm copper cable and one run of 10.0 sqmm copper cable as earth continuity alongwith non-metallic PVC conduit will be measured as one unit length.

Earthing complete in replacement with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below normal ground level with the top edge of electrode not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and including GI lead protection pipe of GI light grade 15mm dia upto 7.5 mtrs and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, earth plate covered on all sides with min 150mm thick alternate layers of charcoal, salt all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 connected to earthing point with PCC chamber and RCC cover in (1:2:4) complete with any type of earth work involved all as specified and directed including testing on completion. Notes: (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed atleast 0.50 mtr away from the earth pit electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) Earth lead and protection pipe beyond 7.5m shall be measured and paid for separately. (iii) On testing after completion of job, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, earthing shall be redone by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 Sqmm 3½ core laid in trenches/ passing through pipes/ culverts etc. including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed. (ii) Brick protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe for protection of pipe wherever ordered to be provided shall be measured and paid for separately.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for laying of underground cable, pole foundation and stays etc. and getting out in loose/ soft soil all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in, including spreading, levelling, water and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning in trenches using fine sand to underground cable, laid in two layers viz. 8cm before laying the cable & 15cm after laying the cable complete all as specified. Note: Punned down thickness after consolidation shall be measured and paid.

Supply and lay old size sub class ‘B’ bricks laid flat in trenches over the cable with length of brick perpendicular to the direction of cable length, adjacent/ abutting each other complete all as specified and directed.

S&F medium grade PVC conduit 20mm dia with all fittings such as bends/ Tee/ junction box etc. fixed complete to pole with clamps, nuts and bolts or laid under road crossing or fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.
