Plastering in C.M. 1:3mix (one part of cement and three part of M.Sand) 10 mm tk including mixing and finishing to a well smoothened surface, watering cost and conveyance all materials and all labour and other incidental charges and other incidental charges etc., complete. as per standard specification TNBPSS 56,57

Plastering in C.M. 1:5 mix (one part of cement and five part of M.Sand) 12mm tk including mixing and finishing to a well smoothened surface, watering cost and conveyance all materials and all labour and other incidental charges and other incidental charges etc., complete. as per standard specification TNBPSS 56,57

Paving the floor with pre-polished Concrete Anti-Skid step tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of M. Sand , 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg/sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with Double charged Vitrified tiles of approved quality and colour of size 600x600x8mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part ofM. Sand ), 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officer. The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by Departmental Engineer before use on work

Weathering course with concrete of broken Brick jelly in pure slacked lime over roof slab the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32 to 12.5 well beated with wooden beaters for giving required slope & thickness including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Finishing with top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 20cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS by 2% weight of cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with same water proofing compound mixed with cement motar ,red oxide, including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying and fixing in Position of Indian Oriya pan type water closet with “P’’ or “S’’ trap to set in brick jelly concrete 1:4:8 Mix concrete 10 cm thick using 20mm brick jelly and top finished with c.m. 1:3 mix 20mm thick without any leakage including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and other incidental charges to site etc., complete. as per standard specification .

Dadooing glazed tiles set in CM 1:2 mix(one part of cement and two part of Sand) of approved quality including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and other incidental charges to site etc., complete. as per standard specification

Supplying and fixing over the floors best quality of Ceramic Tiles of size 305x 305 mm of approved colour laying with cement mortor 1:3 mix pointing the joints with colour pigments including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and other incidental charges to site etc., complete. as per standard specification .

Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessoires with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point / fan point (For electronic regulator)(SD.No.24)
