M&L for taking down unserviceable cable of any type of size 6 sqmm to 185Sqmm from trench/duct/wall etc including taking down bricks for reuse and broken bricks removing from site complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation items shall be measured under relevant items.

Supply and fix or passing through pipe/wall/floor/trenches XLPE insulated PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with glanded aluminium conductor of size as follows :-

(a) 70 sqmm 3.5 core

(b) 95 Sqmm 3.5 core

(c) 120 sqmm 3.5 core

(d) 150 Sqmm 3.5Core

(e) 185 Sqmm 3.5 core

(f) 50 sqmm 3.5 core

Taking down damaged HDPE pipe and M&L double Wall Corrugated’ (DWC) pipe 100mm outer diameter size conforming to IS 16205 Part 24 round shape jointing with necessary fitting complete as per site requirment laid in trenches/ floor for UG cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5M depth in hard/dense soil for laying of cable, pipes etc and getting out incl making good existing level of the surface all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cms of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the surplus excavated materisl/soil to a distance not exc 50Mtrs and depositing, where directed at a level not exceeding 2.5 Mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread sand for sand cushioning of cables in trenches all as specified in MES Schedule Part-I and all as directed. Note: Punned thickness only will be measured and paid.

Supply and lay in trenches, old burnt sub class 'B' bricks as specified and all as directed.

Supply and lay GI tubing 80 mm bore, light grade, galvanised, ISI marked with all specials for cable protection on road crossing/floor etc duly sealed at both ends after drawing cable all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay GI tubing 50 mm bore, light grade, galvanised, ISI marked with all specials for cable protection on road crossing/floor etc duly sealed at both ends after drawing cable all as specified and directed.

S&F fix in repair Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60x60cm x 6.0mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to and including using of 25x4 GI strip as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel , connected to earthing test point, all as specified & indicated, including testing on completion including earth work and excavation in any type of soil/rock, PCC 1:3:6 type C1, earthing chamber, precast RCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 reinforced with welded steel wire febric weight hot less than 4 Kg/Sqm, funnel with GI watering pipe of 20mm bore, medium grade wire mesh and lugs, GI protection pipe of 15mm bore light grade upto 7.50 mtr long test point etc all as specified and directed.

Cutting of road to a width of 30cm and depth not exceeding 90cm for laying of protection pipe / cable including returning and filling, spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers and making good with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for top 100mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for attending any breakdown in LT UG cable by excavating , identifying core fault and carry out jointing work including straight through heat shrinkable type joint of cable size 6-16 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation,returnfilling , removal & taking down of the cable shall be measured under relevant items.

All as per item No 13 above but 3.5Core 25-50 Sqmm all as specified and as directed.

Opening /disconnecting the electrical connection of defective/burnt out underground LT cable of any size any core from main DB/feeder pillar / LT panel/ L T O/H line etc. Taking out the required length of cable from existing loop, cutting the defective portion of cable ,providing required thimbles/connectors at cable end and reconnecting the cable in previous location with existing main DB/Feeder pillar/LT panel/O/H line etc all as directed. Note:- (I) the cost of required earth work ie excavation,returning filling,relaying of sand/bricks required brick work/plaster/concrete and redoing the required cement work to match the existing surface is deemed to be included in quoted rates and nothing extra should be paid on this account.(ii)Additional cable/ protection pipe required at site shall be measured and paid seperatly.

S&F in repair MCCB 3 Pole, 415 V, fixed thermal and magnetic type, 25 to 100A with breaking capacity 16 KA on existing LT Panel/Feeder pillar box include taking down complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, fixed thermal and magnetic type, 125A with breaking capacity 16 KA on existing LT Panel/Feeder pillar box include taking down complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MCCB 3 Pole, 415 V, fixed thermal and magnetic type, 160 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA on existing LT Panel/Feeder pillar box complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable thermal and magnetic type, 200 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA on existing LT Panel/Feeder pillar include taking down complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable thermal and magnetic type, 400 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA on existing LT Panel/Feeder pillar box include taking down complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in Extended Rotary Handle suitable for MCCB any rating/make as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MCB TPN 63A 10KA breaking capacity, 'C' curve complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair change over switch manual type with sheet metal enclosure 200A rating TPN 415V complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only old bricks laying in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed . Note : bricks available above relevant taking down item.

M&L for taking down cable of any type of size of existing cable 16sqmm to 185Sqmm from trench/duct/wall etc including old bricks/PCC cover and re routing/relaying in trench/Cable Tray/Floor/Wall including termination/ connection complete as specified and directed. Note: Excavation,sand items shall be measured under relevant items.

M&L for replacement of hinges/ Lock with key with necessary welding/sheet metal work as per site requirement for smooth closing /opening of existing LT Panel/Feeder pillar box complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for maintance of LT feeder pillar /LT panel board any type and size indoor/outdoor by disamandling opening and taking down of all incoming and outgoing cables,cutting burnt edge of the cable whatever is required ,providing thimble lugs and glands of suitable required for different size of cable including taking out loop of the cables, cleaning of bus bars by means of rubbing grinding etc and providing PVC sleeves of suitable rating on bus bars maintaing colour code (RYB & N) including replacement of bolts nuts & wanshers and reconnecting the all incoming and outgoing connections and testing of panles on full load all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation old painted surface, painted with 2coats of synthetic enamel paint over a red oxide primer on surfaces of LT Panel any size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down UNSV energy meter with enclousre and supply and fix three phase CT energy meter with DTC meter box size 810x350x200mm Model- GSMB- 8135 all as specified and as directed.
