Repairs to chajjas including dismantling of old damaged concrete and P/l of R.C.C. work including the cost of reinforcement in 1:1.5:3 mix including cement plastering in 1:4 and formwork and scaffolding complete job (LMR)

Removing of vegetation/bushes including cleaning of roof tops and chajjas and disposal of mulba from working site to out of municipal limit. (LMR)

Removing white wash or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete
