Yearly inspection & servicing of the Blue Star Make Chiller unit Model No -XWC3S-039AR2 -02 Nos at M-4 Sarang alonlgwith all equipment, electric connections to inspect the operation of plant by the rep of OEM and carrying out preventive maintenance as per standard practice. Replacement of defective component / equipment under the respective item of schedule complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. to maintain & keep the central AC plant functional regularly.

Labour involving evacuation of refrigerant during replacement of controls and replacement of compressor.(xiv). Carrying out- once in a year, testing of lubricant and water (chilled water system and water condensing systems only) samples.
