SPECIAL REPAIR TO STATIC WATER TANKS AND PROVN OF CERTAIN SANCTIONED WORKS AT AF STATION MADH ISLAND UNDER GE (AF)THANE

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in floors, pavings etc and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth with using extra cement & by using Dr Fixit Pidiproof LW+ as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note: Dr Fixit Pidiproof to be used as per manufacturers instructions and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

M&L for plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, apex stones, kerbs rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles'complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks , straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement plaster 20mm thick over brick/ concrete surfaces & finished even & smooth in two layers and by using Dr Fixit Pidiproof LW+ as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Dr Fixit Pidiproof to be used as per manufacturers instructions and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and apply two coats of Acrylic emulsion exterior paint of required shade : (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Dr Fixit Pidiproof LW+ liquid water proofing compound.

Material & labour for High performance hybrid polyurea elastomeric waterproofing spray applied SmartCare Hypertron Hybrid liquid membrane with an elongation of 600% and tensile strength of more than 13 N/mm2 as per ISO 527 type 5 , shore A Hardness of min. 85 as per ISO 868, and crack bridging ability of 3.5 mm as per ASTM C1305. The system includes final base preparation, epoxy primer application and applying SmartCare Hypertron Hybrid or approved equivalent in two coats with a consumption of 2kg/sqmt, etc complete as per Manufacturere specifications.

M&L for broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge n.exc 63mm, deposited ,spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any discrption not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified.

S&F PVC coated iron expanded welded mesh corrosion and abrasion resistance and aperture of mesh is 2.5 to 4.0 cm and fixed over iron frame work including removing of old netting from tank, complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new iron and steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of epoxy base paint over a coat of epoxy base red oxide primer complete all specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F rolled sections as in main & cross beams , columns, hip and jack rafters , purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails & any other places with angles cleats or other connected plates, wind ties , vertical posts, etc confirming to Fe 410 -W (Gde-E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Pre-painted Galvalume Aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing / disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish , earth obtained from excavation including loading /unloading etc , outside MoD land upto distance 60 Km as per BMC guidelines and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rubber moulded glossy finish coloured Chequered cement concrete tiles of overall size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick (Pattern of tile : Chathura :size 300 x 300 with offset at 4 corners of 50mm x 50mm and square tile of size 100mm x 100mm and fixed as per manufacturer instructions, samples are kept in Office of the AGE B/R Madh Island), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed bed in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) kitchen trollies made of tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for 12mm thick plywood, Grade BWP, type BB as in kitchen trollies & doors fixed with screws to timber work or , staniless steel frame / pasted ( by using adhesives) over cuddappa stone or over brick/stone walls complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 0.9 mm Thick decorative laminates type 1 or surface finish,colour and pattern as approved and fixed with suitable adhesive over plywood of approved make complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F drawer handles, projection drop (50mm to 65mm) on screwed plate complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F godrej drawer channel, (suitable for weight capacity 35 kg) telescopic channel , slider type heavy ball bearing , & fixed in stainless steel kitchen racks complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F continuous (piano) hinges, mild steel, bright finish or elec-trogalvanised , Width of fplap is 35 mm & fixed over plywood with screw complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC fillets including providing & fixing of suitable PVC fillets etc over corners and at top and bottom of panelling, around switch boxes or any other projected itesm fixed over walls, complete all as specified in drawing of SSR Part-II .

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame for fixing of PVC panelling complete all as specified in drawing of SSR Part-II .

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles Ist quality 7 to 8mm thick, (square/ rectangular) as in patches, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm, but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including scrapping and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F false ceiling with powder coated exposed GI grip suspension system (E-grip T-2430 of equivalent load carrying capacity with mid span deffection not exceeding 1/360 span with hanger spacing of 1200mm c/c) consisting of main runner 3600mm long, cross tee 1200mm/600mm long wall angle. The main runners to be placed @ 1200mm, the cross tee 1200mm will be inserted in the pre cut slots of main runner at a regular interval of 600mm from a modular grid of 1200mm X 600mm. Additional cross less of 600mm shall be placed perpendicular to the cross tee 1200mm long to finally from a grip of 600mm X 600mm. Supply and lay cable XLPE Insulated armored, heavy duty electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade cross sectional area with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm 4 Core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading in trenches clear dry sand for cable protection and punning down gently 10 cm below the cable and 15 cm above the cable all as specified and directed. Note :- Punning thickness shall be measured.

S&F unreinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made embossed the mark “LT CABLE” class LV type1 flat size 250x150x40 mm during excation of trenches all as specified and directed.
