1. The firm/Vendor should be registered with NCR/ALD. 2. The Firms/suppliers/ distributers should mention name, address, phone no, email id, GST No., IREPS Code and Mobile No. in their bills. 3. The validity of the offer MUST NOT BE LESS THAN 180 DAYS. 4. Also please note the terms conditions enclosed. 5. ALL SPECIFICATIONS IN DETAILS, WITH DOCUMENTS AND BROCHURES MUST BE UPLOADED WITH WARRANTY PERIOD. 6. It shall be responsibility of the bidders to quote correct HSN number and corresponding GST rate. 7. Purchaser shall not be responsible for any misclassification of HSN number or incorrect GST rate if quoted by the bidder. (8) The firm giving offer should have firm establishment in India preferably for more than 3 years. (9) In case of authorized dealers/stockiest/importers they should have proper valid authorization letter from their Principle/foreign firm. (10) The model offered & its previous model must have firm standing in the Indian/Foreign Market. (11) The Firms/suppliers/ distributers should certify that the brand of the quoted item is available in open retail markets. (12) One time delivery as per Consignee within 20 days from the date of issue of PO. (13) For the proprietary item the firm should supply directly or through its authorized supplier should be registered with NCR/ALD. (14) The date of manufacture of item should not be older than six month from the date of delivery. (15) PAYMENT TERMS- After Acceptance by consignee. (16)Instruction/Remarks- As per Terms and Conditions of Contract.

Statutory Variation Clause

Statutory Variation in taxes and duties, or fresh imposition of taxes and duties by State/ Central Governments in respect of the items stipulated in the contract (and not the raw materials thereof), within the original delivery period stipulated in the contract, or last unconditionally extended delivery period shall be to Railways' account. Only such variation shall be admissible which takes place after the submission of bid. No claim on account of statutory variation in respect of existing tax/duty will be accepted unless the tenderer has clearly indicated in his offer the rate of tax/duty considered in his quoted rate. No claim on account of statutory variation shall be admissible on account of misclassification by the supplier/ contractor.

Option Clause

The purchaser shall be entitled to vary the order quantity upto +/- 30% anytime within the delivery period (including extended delivery period) on the same terms and conditions. The increase in quantity with respect to the tender quantity can be done even at the time of ordering and the tenderer shall be bound to accept the quantity so ordered on the basis of his original offer. The purchaser shall be entitled to exercise +/- 30% option clause in one or more than one instalment as long as the total variation in quantity does not exceed the limit of 30% of ordered quantity.

Railway Standard Fall Clause

Railway Standard Fall Clause shall be applicable.
