Notes : (i) Work shall be carried out by authorised branded service person only with company waranty (for trade pattern furniture) and replaced item shall be as per OEM. (ii) Day to Day complaints of furniture shall be addressed at site (i.e.,) at user place without any extra cost to department under GE(I) R&D Kanchanbagh. (iii) for major repairs items shall be issued to contractor, the same shall be taken to contractor workshop and shall be returned to user place where lifted at no extra cost ot department. (iv) After painting of lockers, furniture, etc shall be wraped with protection layer in order to avoid damages in transit and of any damage item shall be rejected. (v) Transportation to and fro to work at user place is deemed included in quoted rate.

Removing of unserviceable plywood from bottom of cushion and supply fixing new plywood of 8mm thick complete all as shown on drawing and as directed

Supply and fixing in repairs rear legs of chair made to shape and size as per drawing out of 1st class teak wood well seasoned free from shakes and knots complete all as shown on drawing and as directed

Supply and fixing in repairs of Arms of chair made to shape and size as per drawing made out of 1st class teak wood well seasoned free from shakes and knots complete all as per drawing and all as directed

Removing the old stains by sand papering and prepairing the surface applying raw seina /burnt seina uniformely and applying two coats of french polish all as directed
