M&L construction of granular sub-base Grading -V as sub- base and drainage layer by providing coarse graded crushed stone aggregates of granite/trao/basalt material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the 98% proctor density complete as per specifications clause 401 of MORTH V Revision complete all as directed. (Avg Thickness 150mm)

M&L spreading and compacting crushed stone aggregates of granite /trap/basalt to wet mix macadam specifications including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed materials by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with Paver in sub-base /base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibrator roller to achieve the desired density complete all as directed. (Avg Thickness 150mm)

M&L preparing unsurfaced wet mix macadam surfaces by brushng with wire brush for removing caked mud etc /sweeping with brooms and finally fanning cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bitumen primer (VG-30) @10Kg/10 Sqm complete all as directed.

Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete, 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mixed plant, rolled wtih tanden vibratory roller and compacted to required camber and gradient by using sensor based mechanical paver complete to a uniform surface complete all as directed.

M&L factory made precast cement concrete kerb stone with plain fare face including chamfered, watering, throating etc set and jointed in cement morter 1:6 complete all as directed. Note : (i) Precast cement concrete kerb stone shall be type C-1, 1:3:6. Size of kerb stone as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
