Borehole (of dia 100 mm) & SPT Test upto 20m of depth (This will include collection of disturbed/ undisturbed samples, determining soil properties like, Particle size analysis, LL, PL, PI, Swell Index, Shrinkage limit, Sp. Gravity, Field density, Dry density, Natural Moisture content & moisture-density relation on all samples alongwith depth of water table if encountered with soil strata etc. Note: 1. Collection of disturbed/undisturbed sample shall be done at 0.75m and there onwards at every 1.5m interval or change of strata whichever is earlier. 2. SPT tests shall be carried out at 0.75m, 1.5m, 2.25m, 3m and there onward at every 1.5 m interval or at change of strata, whichever is earlier.

Gravity, Field density, Dry density, Natural Moisture content & moisture-density relation on all samples alongwith depth of water table if encountered with soil strata etc. Note: 1. Collection of disturbed/undisturbed samples shall be done at 0.5m, 1.25m, 2.0m, 3.0m depth from existing ground level or change of strata whichever is earlier.

CBR test of soil sample at proposed subgrade level.

Plate load Test as per IS: 9214 for modulus of subgrade reaction.

Permeability Test ( On the basis of natural moisture content and field density in the lab with remoulded sample: one each for every bore hole )

Tri-axial test

Elastic modulus and poisson's ratio of soil at proposed subgrade level.

Vane Shear test

Consolidation test

Chemical analysis of soil ( Total Soluble Sulphates, Chlorides, Organic matter ) and determination of organic material in soil by wet combustion.

Chemical analysis of ground water if encountered ( pH, Total Soluble Sulphates, Chlorides)

Transportation of equipments and soil sample collection charges, visiting charges, submission of detailed soil investigation report with recommendation (in triplicate and one soft copy in pendrive), etc.

Survey with high precise DGPS/ETS instrument for preparing contour plan by taking levels at the spacing of every 5 meter or less in two mutual per pendicular directions keeping variation in levels with in 0.5 meter including taking levels of bench mark, locating all existing main physical features( road crossing , culvert , nallah, power line, bench mark, trees, boundary line etc.) levelling with respect to permanent bench mark of survey of india or such other bench mark, submission of five sets of color printed digitized drawings printed by computer plotted and on reproducible medium like pendrive, after approval of draft print , with field books duly signed , grid plans showing contours on not more than 1m/0.5m interval on a scale of 1cm=10m on A1 size sheet or suitable scale as desired by EIC . Contours should be generated with computer software. Complete in all respects as per instructions including men, material,equipment,vehicles etc. (Total area = 42.14 acres) Note- Site clearing will be done by surveying agency as per requirement, nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
