NS Item 1: Complete maintenance of the garden features in the garden area i.e trees, shrubs, herbs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creeper, path, jogging track etc. including hoeing, weeding pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mower and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticides & fertilizers (whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works (Cost of Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be provided by the Department & lawn mower and brush cutter with fuel and other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor) or as per direction officer-in-charge. [26.1] Horticulture and Land Scaping Supplying and stacking at site of work well-decayed farm-yard manure from any available source, approved by the Engineer-in-charge including screening through sieve of I.S. designation 16 mm with 5 km lead.

[26.18] Horticulture and Landscaping: Supply and planting of disease free healthy, vigorous growing more than 75 cm height permanent shrubs in already prepared pits, supplied in 25 cm x 20 cm poly bags, application of 10 ml chlorpyriphos 20% E.C. termiticide each and watering supplied through the tractor tanker.

[26.26] Horticulture and Landscaping: Supply and planting ground cover plants including digging 30 cm deep bed and refilling of beds with excavated soil and FYM 0.0508 cum per sqm, Fertilizer DAP 50 gms and insecticides chlorpyriphos 10ml per sqm, planting of saplings at 23cm distance from plant to plant and row to row, minimum 19 no. plants per sqm.
