Cement concrete 1:4:8 with stone ballast 20mm gauge mixing by mechanical means using concrete mixer volumetric type (Floor Tiles*0.1)

Screed of 50mm thick cement concrete 1:8:16 with stone aggregates to be laid below the topping using mechanical mixer for mixing of material

Extra for pre finished nosing to treads of steps of marble stone. ( Full gola, half round gola etc.)

Coloured Granite stone tiles 15mm to 20mm thick in skirting, risers of steps, dado walls and pillars laid in 12.5mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement 3 coarse sand) and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of stone, including rubbing and polishing including labour for fixing dowel pins and cramps.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes in light colour shades made using Full Body Technology (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption’s less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand), complete. ( Full body vitrified tiles have pigment in entire body / thickness of tile which makes chips and scratches less noticeable and make na ideal choice for high traffic zones.) Size 600x600 mm

Fixing glazed/ Ceramic/ Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness. (Floor Tiles + Wall tiles)

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles Matt/Semi Matt/Glosy/Highly Gloss finish/Highlighter/ emboss conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacture of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of size 600 x 300 mm as approved by Engineer-in- Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 fine sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Dismantling of wall tiles at any floor of the building, laid in cement mortar including scraping of cement plaster and disposal of malba at a suitable place within a distance of 100 Mtrs of the complex complete in all respect.
