M&L for pouring of Sodium Meta Hexa Phosphate in the borewell complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for lifting out submersible pumps set from bore well with column pipe steel rope, submersible cable including commissioning testing the same after developing the borewell complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for development of bore well by Air Compressor capable to work at pressure gauge approx 300 to 500 PSI and capacity approx 1000 cfm continously for 60 hours to clean the slots of the pipe and to explore the possiblity of recouping of well with natural water table including transportation, errection and dismantling of air compressor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for development of bore well by over pumping for 48 hours to clean the slots of the pipe and to explore the possiblity of recouping of well with natural water table including transportation, errection and dismantling of air compressor complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 4.00 above but for 24 hrs if required on the basis of out put results complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 3.00, 4.00 & 5.00: Log sheet of compressor machine shall be maintained and signed by Contractor, JE, Engineer-in-Charge and GE.

M&L for testing of yield of well by means of 'V' notch, necessary T&P and equipments complete all as specified and directed.

Running of developed bore for 16 Hrs continous to check the potability of water after and including lowering the pump set of desired capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MS nut bolt with washer of any size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement rubber packing flange 80 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Testing of drinking water (chemical analysis) as per IS : 10500 from authorised / approved lab after taking the sample from Pump houses in steralised container as per guideline of medical authority complete all as specified and directed. Make of Lab - All india institute of hygiene and public health / Govt. Lab Notes: If contractor do not submit the testing report within one week after testing is completed as per norms a penalty of Rs 1000/- per day for delay in submission of report will be levied on the contractor.

Note: Old unserviceable pump set will be deposited by the contractor in E/M store yard.

Disconnecting AC supply, dismantling, taking down and opening 45 to 100 KVA, three phase, oil cooled Servo Voltage stabilizer and servicing, repair/replacement unserviceable parts such as contact bush, mechanical tap moving system, filtration of oil, topup new oil, servo motor, carbon busher assembly with carbon and repair/maint/replacement of PC board, indicator, transformer, harmonic filter etc and other minor parts found defective during repairing including re-assembling the same after repairing and commissioning, testing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Replaced parts of voltage stabilizer will be measured and paid separetly under respective items of BOQ. (ii) New oil, filtration of oil will be measured & paid under respective items of BOQ. (ii) Minor parts such as Nuts, Bolts & washers, gasket, insulating material, PVC copper wire with connected items for circuit wiring etc deemed to include in quoted rate in this item.

Supply only following parts required for item No 25.00 above complete all as specified and directed.:- Push Button Note for item No 26.00 & 26.01 to 26.22: Taking down and fixing charges of the unserviceable items (26.00 & 26.01 to 26.22) is included in the quoted rate of Item No. 25.00 above. Rectifying and arresting the oil leakage of voltage stabilizer of any capacity, disconnection of LV ends, opening the top cover by using tripod, chain & pulley after removing of all fitments, replacing the components of the stabilizer such as gasket 'O' rings etc. rectify the leakes in a variety of areas such as radiator fins, flanges, valves, fastener assemblies, oil leakage through pin hole / crack joint, drain valve, radiator valve, oil leakages through gasket joint etc including repair leakage by 'M' seal Monoplast where ever necessary including welding/Brazing, testing, refixing the top cover and all fitments, LV connection and testing complete all as specified and directed .

Supply & filling of transformer oil in transformer in situ/at site for toping up the level of oil having dielectric strength 40 - 60 KV during filling after initial filtration conforming to IS-335, Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed container and empty barrel of transformer oil will be deposited by contractor in E/M store yard complete all as specified and directed. Make: HP / BPL / IOC

Dehydration / filtration of transformer oil of existing transformer installed at site with portable plant to improve the dielectric strength 40 to 60 KV during filling after initial filtration including testing of dielectric strength after dihydration at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of voltage stabilizer indoor / outdoor of capacity 45 to 100 KVA on plinth / pole / in workshop with one coat of synthetic enamel paint with compressor spray Gun after removing all dust, rust, paint shall confirmed to IS-2032 and writing SM & MES No with letter not less than 50mm with white paint on location complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of worn out aluminium cable terminal lugs from the LT cable, crimping of new aluminium cable core, lugs suitable size and fixing with stabilizer, terminal stud including cutting/dressing of cable, excavation surface after providing redressing of excavated surface after providing sand cushioning and brick protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L (in replacement) for earthing complete with MS galvanized earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below normal GL, connected to galvanized earth strip 32mm x 6mm upto 7.50 m with protection pipe by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of GI or steel including excavation, earth work, returning filing, removal of extra soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) chamber with RCC cover (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 40 mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia bar, 3 Nos. both way, 40mm dia light grade GI protection pipe upto 7.50 m , funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe of size 20 mm dia med. grade, lugs, main Earthing lead upto 7.50m including Charcoal dust, salt etc. all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Pt-I 2009 specification complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of GI earth strip upto 7.50m and GI pipe for protection of GI earth strip are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for testing of old earthing using calibrated earth tester & submitting result to Engr -in -Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Watering of earthing with 2 Buckets (30Ltrs) water mixed with salt (total 5Kg) shall be carried out one day before the testing & the cost of the same shall deemed included in unit rate quoted.
