Construction of Railway Crossing by push through technique at crossing of PDN Main line with Railway line of Bendara Medium Project

Item no 1: Excavation for deep trenches for laying Pipes in Soft Strata by crow bar and shavel including trimming to correct line and level and to specified width including trimming and levelling the bed by chiselling, removing the excavated material and stacking the same with all leads and lifts asdirected, and safety precautions to keep the trench undisturbed till pipe laying & fixing necessary specials etc. complete as per detailed specifications. (Payable measurements with vertical excavation) with all lead and all lifts all other ancillary operations with contractor's own material as directed.

Item no 2: Excavation for deep trenches for laying rising main in Hard Strata of any toughness by breaker to correct line and level and to specified width including trimming and levelling the bed as directed, removing the excavated material and sorting, stacking the same with all leads and lifts as directed, preparing the bed for foundation and keep the trench undisturbed till pipe laying & fixing necessary specials etc complete as per detailed specifications. As Directed. (Payable measurements with vertical excavation).with all lead and all lifts all other ancillary operations with contractor's own material as directed.

Item no 3: Providing and laying rubble soling below foundation in layers including filling with rubble chips, murum etc. complete as directed.with all lead and all lifts all other ancillary operations with contractor's own material as directed. A) For Valve Chamber

Item no 4: Providing & Erecting M.S. pipes made out of MS plate conforming to IS 2062:1992 including procurement of plates, gas cutting to required size, rolling, tack welding, assembling in suitable lengths to form pipes on automatic welding machine and transportation upto 500 m.The welding Shall be ERW/SAW using electrodes having weldmark E7018 (Low Hydrogen electrodes) and forming 'V' edge on both ends of pipes, Including third party inspection charges, lowering and laying to correct position on prepared bedding or on pedastals or chairs, field hydraulic testing at specified test pressure as per IS 5822: 1994 sec 11, field welding to join pipes after laying, Radiographic (5%) and ultrasonic (10%) testing of welds including all equipments submitting report, expert personnel required for testing, interpreting and submitting report along with developed film where applicable all incidental charges etc complete as per IS - 3589:2001 and as per specifications (No negative tolerance in thickness is permissible). with all lead and all lifts all other ancillary operations with contractor's own material as directed. FOR CASING PIPES a) 1600 MM DIA. 22 MM THICK Length

Item no 6: Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-30 for trough of aqueduct etc . of trap / granite / gneiss / quartzite / graded metal with Batching Plant and Transit mixer including centering , shuttering, scaffolding including placing , compacting , curing etc. completewith all lead and all lifts all other ancillary operations with contractor's own material as directed. Item no 7: Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-20 of trap / granite / gneiss / quartzite / graded metal for RCC works of abutment, wing walls, returns, transition walls, piers, columns, beams and slabs, diaphragm walls, road slabs trough (Box Culvert) trough for aqueduct, wearing coat, etc. . with Batching Plant and Transit mixer including centering, shuttering, scaffolding, placing, compacting, curing etc. complete with all lead and all lifts all other ancillary operations with contractor's own material as directed. Item no 8: Providing and fixing in position TMT FE -500 bar reinforcement of various diameter for R.C.C pile capss footings foundation slab , beam, coloum, conopies, staircase newel, chajjas, lintel pards, copinngs fins arches etc as per details desigens drawing and schedules including cutting bending hooking the bar ,binding with wires or tack welding and supportin as required complete as directed.with all lead and all lifts all other ancillary operations with contractor's own material as directed.
