M&L for re-laying and re-routing of serviceable HT/LT UG cable of any size and any type of cable up to 120 sqmm , 3 core & 3.5 core size including brass compression cable gland, terminal lug, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation, sand, bricks and connected items shall measured and paid separately.

(a) Taking out trolley unit from metal clad housing and dismantling complete, carrying out inspection cleaning, mechanical spring complete all as specified and directed. (b) Opening of bus bar chambers, carrying out inspection, cleaning of complete unit and refixing of the bus bar complete all as specified and directed. (c) Carrying out testing of all metering instruments replacement of worn out spares, meter, wiring cable etc and testing complete. (d) Inspection and checking of all protection devices, relays, complete all as specified and directed. M&L for servicing , testing of transformer of 100 to 630 KVA , 11000/433 volt indoor/outdoor, disconnecting all Internal connections of HT/LT side for periodical maintenance such as cleaning of core and winding by means of washing by hosing down with clean dry oil to removed dust/sludge on core and coil, cleaning of oil tank to removed sludge deposited, replacement of rusted gasket set, burnt spindle, broken/ unserviceable HV/LV ceramic bushing, broken arc horn, surge arrestor, replacement of silica gel, etc. and then after assembling to all complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Cost of transformer oil for cleaning by hosing down shall deem to be included in the quoted unit rate. (b) Replacement of spares parts will paid separately.

Taking out unserviceable/brunt wire, supply & fixing single core PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded 1100 volt grade FRLS copper cable of size 10 Sq.mm for electrical connection from starter to electric motor cutting into pieces as required length and making connection by using suitable size of copper lugs on both ends complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for preparation of steel external surface of LT panel board of average size 2x1.5x.6 (approx.) Installed at various E/M installations for spray painting on external surface on old painted surfaces by using one coat of synthetic enamelled paint of approved colour after cleaning properly the external surface including cutting the detonated portion/ fabrication works to LT panel board including making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial Item No. 20 here-in-after but of size 0.75X0.5X0.45mm LT FEEDER PILLAR BOX located at Various Pump Houses and Sewage Pump Installation.

S&F connecting up testing and commissioning LED Aviation obstruction light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure, 302 no’s clear thick glass and accessories complete with standard fittings/accessories (as applicable to the fitting) including provision and fixing on over head tank at various pump house connecting up from ceiling rose by means of 3 run of 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated unsheathed weather proofing, multi stranded copper conductor cable including taking down old unserviceable fitting from OH tank complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in schedule of credit attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
