CONCRETE WORK
Addition of synthetic Polyester triangular fibre of length 12mm, effective diameter 10-40 microns and specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.40 in cement concrete/RCC/Flooring/water retaining structures by using 125gms of synthetic Polyester triangular fibre for 50 Kg cement used as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE
Providing and laying up to floor five level reinforced cement concrete in kerbs, steps and the like excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for
Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.
Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.
Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.
FINISHING
20 mm cement plaster of mix :
1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)
6 mm cement plaster of mix :
1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)
Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade:
New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)
REPAIRS TO BUILDING
Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
Providing all tools, labour, material for laying micro concrete to the damaged structural member accoding to follwing operations: 1) Clean the surface and remove loose concrete, any dust, oil, paint, grease etc. 2) Expose fully any corroded steel in the repair area and remove all scale and corrosion deposits. High pressure jet cleaning is highly recommended. 3) Apply approved make rust remover over the clean re-bars and allow dry before continuing. 4) a.Saturate the substrate with water to prevent absorption of water from the mixed material of Micro Concrete b. For a dry substrate, it should be primed by applying one coat of bonding coat. 5) Mix approved make of Micro Concrete with water (3.75 to 4 liters per 25 kg bag) till homogeneous mix is obtained, at 30 C. 6) Mixing should be done thoroughly with a forced action mixer of adequate capacity, at least for 5minutes. 7) Pour or pump the mixed Micro Concrete into a watertight shuttering in the repaired area,when primer area becomes tacky. 8) Cure the repaired surface for minimum 7 days.
Providing & erecting of bamboo sacffgolding with all necessary safety precautions with as per standard procedure.
DISMANTLING AND DEMOLISHING
Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.
Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.
Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.
WATER PROOFING
Providing & applying two coats of polymeric cementitous coating over the concrete or plastered surfaced with the using polymer and cement in ratio specified with using approved manufacturers specifications. Air cures the same for 24 hrs. Apply portable water on floor surface to dampen the area before appication of polymeric second coat of coating.
NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND MATERIALS
Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm upto 200mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars for sunshades/balconies including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Upto and including 12mm dia.
Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect.
Epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20 sqm/kg of approved make
Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.
12 mm average thickness.
Any unforeseen item not covered above, executed from CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rates 2018 upto a base value of Rs. 65000/- Hint: Bidder is supposed to quote rate for this item in column (green) at value which is at a certain percentage above or below the rate of DSR 2018. For e.g. if the estimated rate is Rs.65,000/- then bidder should quote rate of Rs. 71,500/- incase he intends item in this part to be paid at the rate of 10% above DSR 2018 or Rs. 58,500/- incase he intends item in this part to be paid 10% below the DSR 2018 The value given in the rate for this item shall be used to derive the rate to be paid for the item from DSR 2018
