M&L for drilling of trial bore hole suitable for 200 mm bore MS casing pipe in any type of strata including soft/hard rock by DTH/Rotary combination Rig up to 200 m deep from normal ground level including removal of any construction like rubble piece wood log etc during the course of drilling including cleaning of site complete all as specified and and as directed. Notes :- (i) The depth of drilling of trial bore hole as specified above using DTH/Rotary combination Rig may vary depending on Hard Rock which may be encounterd during the process of drilling. Once hard rock is encounterd the drilling shall be stopped. (ii) The top laterite/Lithomarge clay can be drilled with hydraulic rotary system by utilising the drilling fluid of benonite clay. The diameter of the bore hole must be sufficiently larger for lowering well assembly casing pipe 8" (200 mm) inner dia upto hard rock.

Supplying, assembling, jointing, lowering and fixing in position into the drilled well with MS ERW casing pipe 200 mm inner diameter of thickness not less than 5.4 mm jointing the ends and providing with necessray coupling/MS ERW collars, heavy duty at joints, suitable for 200 mm diameter pipe icluding necesssary welding to collar joint to avoid leakage complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, assembling, jointing, lowering and fixing in position into the drilled well with MS ERW slotted casing pipe 200 mm inner diameter of thickness not less than 5.4 mm jointing the ends and providing with necessray coupling/MS ERW collars, heavy duty at joints, suitable for 200 mm diameter pipe icluding necesssary welding to collar joint to avoid leakage complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MS ERW well sealing cap of 250 mm dia including necessary bolts and nuts with suitable hole for fixing 50 mm dia GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling of best quality gravel of mixed size varying from 5 mm to 10 mm and packing the same around the casing pipe and the bore hole from the bottom upto filter portion to the atmost top complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Development of tube well with compressed air and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Yield test for the bore well by continuoulsly pumping for 16 hours to determine safe pumping yield complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lowering, testing and commisioning of submersible pump electric driven 415 volts 3 phase of capacity not less than 7.5 HP suitable for 200 m head and discharge capacity not less than 7922 LPH for 50 mm column pipe including provision of necessary steel wire rope of suitable size with and including fully automatic star delta starter 3 phase 440 volts 50 Hz, suitable for pump set, enclosed in weather proof housing made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet including painting, grouting in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 etc. and providing one Number Motor Protection Circuit Breaker (MPCB) as incomer for safety purpose complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of solar water heating system suitable for inlet water with chlorine and fluoride content up to 100 PPM and comprising of solar evacuated tube collector, collector stand assembly, stainless steel insulated hot water storage tank with heat exchanger of 300 liters per day capacity with electric back up,with collector "A" size aluminium box collector (Evacuated Tube Collector) and comprising of following :-

(b) Cover plate shall be toughened glass confirming t o IS:12933(Part-1)-1992 with amendment no 1&2, Collector box shall be made of aluminium sheet, Type , grade, size and finish of material used shall be as per IS:12933(Part-1)-1992 with amendment no 1&2,. Sheet for absorber shall be made of copper, Type , grade, size and finish of material used shall be as per IS:12933(Part-1)-1992 with amendment no 1&2,. Absorber shall be made of copper, Type , grade, size and finish of material used shall be as per IS:12933(Part-1)-1992 with amendment no 1&2,.Collector box insulation shall confirm to Type , grade, size and finish of material used shall be as per IS:12933(Part-2, Section V)-1992 with amendment no 1&2, Gaskets and gourmets shall confirm to IS-12933(Paret-2, Section VI)-1992 with amendment no 1 & 2.

(c) Insulated stainless steel Hot water storage tank non pressure type made of stainless steel grade 04 Cr 18 NI or 07 Cr 18 NI of IS 1570(Part 3)-1985, TIG welded of 300 litres capacity, non magnetic tank with stainless steel fittings and Shall be insulated with 40 mm thermal grade PU insulation with FRP Cladding , Tank stand assembly shall be made of angle of size 50X50X6mm duly pre treated and stove enameled with black colour paint -1 No.

(d) Provisions of electrical back up with minimum 4 KW heating element including providing one no 16 Amps MCB 9 KA rupturing capacity in sub-main distribution board (Catered in schedule of internal electrification) and providing electric connection in rigid non metallic PVC concealed conduit with 4 Sq mm single core, stranded aluminium conductor, PVC insulated wire from outlet of MCB to electrical back up with connected accessories-one job. The solar water heating system shall be provided on roof of single/double storey building. The electrical back up connection shall be tapped from sub main board provided at ground floor.

(e) Heat exchanger shall be cage type and make of stainless steel tube of grade 04 Cr18NI or 07 18 NI of IS 1570(Part 5)-1885.
