Additional Cabin for AD Rooms in Aluminium Type Workstation in 2nd Floor, Annai Therasa Magalir Thitta Valagam, Valluvarkottam, Nungambakkam, Chennai-600034.

Fabricating Supplying and fixing in position of Aluminium anodised natural colour matt finish 1/3rd fixed glazing 2/3rd prelaminated board of Aluminium partition of size 2.70 mx 2.10 m.The outer frames Outer frame: 63.50x38x3mm@ 1.72 kg/m,Centre mullions: 63.50x38x3mm@ 1.55 kg/m,Alu. Clips: 17.27x17.15x1.50mm @ 0.175kg/mg/m for intermediate vertical mullion 90cm c/c. Horizontal mullion at 1.00m 2.10m covered with 4 mm thick plain glass with neccessary aluminium clips of size 17.27x17.15 x1.50mm @ 0.176kg/m and with required rubber beading etc., including necessary dismantling holes in RCC column,masonry wherever in necessary with power drills to the extent required and made good the damaged portion in good condition after fixing etc... complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers. All the aluminium sections should be anodised not less than 15 microns as ISI specification1868/1962 / and should be gotapproved by Executive Engineer before use.

Providing, Working Table of size 6'x2.5'x2.5' consisting of four drawers on right side, one drawer and one shutter on left side, and one shelf in the middle. Unit shall be made of 19mm thick BWR board on top, bottom, sides, partitions, shelves, shutters and 12 mm thick BWR ply in drawer units.Supporting frame shall be made of Exposed surface of board/ply shall be finished with 1 mm thick laminate, edges with 18mm thick shall be fixed on top with suitable adhesives including edge grinding chamfering & polishing. Unit shall include suitable locking arrangement, screws, fasteners, hinges, adhesives, telescopic drawer channels, magnetic catchers, handles/ knobs and all other necessary fitting/ fixing arrangement etc. complete as per design, drawing and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3mm thick hylam sheet cover for 5A 3 pin non inter-locking wall socket with 5A flush type switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point - SD 38 PWD Electrical Data

Wiring with 2 x 4 sq.mm. (56 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3mm thick hylam sheet for 15A 3 pin non inter-locking wall socket with 15A flush type switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for Concealed power plug point - SD 40 PWD Electrical Data
