Execution of approved/ planned additional (bay) works at various 220/132/66 kV level GIS S/Stns in Haryana.

GIS SYSTEM: Note: The GIS offered in the tender shall be of single make for each respective voltage level (make of GIS can’t be varied for a single voltage level). 220kV GIS : The 245kV SF6 gas insulated switch gear for three phase system shall have double bus bar arrangement shall be kept in GIS hall for adding future bays and jointing plugs required for connecting GIS of different makes. The SF6 gas insulated switch gear rated for 220kV, 3-phase, and 50 HZ 50kA/1 Sec. fault level shall be of the indoor metal-enclosed type, comprising of following items. (Presently Seimens Make at substation): 245kV, 2000A, single 3–ph or three 1 –ph, SF6 gas insulated, metal enclosed Bus bar arrangement, consisting of 2000A single 3 – I or three 1 –I SF6 gas insulated switchgears, each Bus Bar comprising of (Presently Siemens Make GIS at substation) :- i) Bus bar enclosures running the length of the switchgear to interconnect each of the circuit breaker bay modules in double main bus system. ii) 2000A,One 3– or three 1 –ph, single pole, group operated isolator/disconnector with one, 3 – I or three 1 –I, single pole, group operated earthing switch with manual and motor driven operating mechanisms. iii) 2000A, One high speed 3 – ph or three 1–ph, single pole, group operated earthing switches, complete with manual and motor driven operating mechanisms. iv) GIS Bus Duct with gas monitoring device,pressure switch etc. as required. v) Terminal boxes/Local Control Cubicle. vi) Interconnecting wiring/ piping. vii) Grounding, support structures and platforms.

245kV, 1250A, single 3 –I or three 1 –I, Transformer feeder circuit breaker bay module, consisting of 1250A single 3 – I or three 1 – I SF6 gas insulated switchgears, for transformer, each comprising of: i) 1250A, One 3 – I or three 1 –I, SF6 gas insulated circuit breaker, complete with operating Mechanism. ii) Three, 5-core, single phase current transformers (450-300/0.577-1-1-1-1A) iii) 1250A, One 3 – ph or three 1 –ph, single pole, group operated isolator/disconnector without earthing switch, complete with manual and motor driven operating mechanisms. iv) 1250A, One 3 – ph or three 1 –ph, single pole, group operated isolator/disconnector with one 3 – I or three 1 –I, single pole, group operated earthing switch, complete with manual and motor driven operating mechanisms. v) 1250A, One 3 – ph or three 1 –ph, single pole, group operated isolator/disconnector with two earthing switches each comprising of one 3 – ph or three 1 – ph, single pole, group operated earthing switches complete with manual and motor driven operating mechanisms. vi) GIS Bus Duct with gas monitoring device,pressure switch etc. as required. vii) Terminal boxes/Local Control Cubicle. viii) Interconnecting wiring/ piping. ix) Grounding,support structures and platforms.

245kV, 1250A, single 3 – f or three 1 –f, Transmission line feeder circuit breaker bay modules, consisting of 1250A single 3 – f or three 1 –f SF6 gas insulated switchgears, each comprising of:- 1250A, One 3 – f or three 1 – f, SF6 insulated circuit breaker, complete with operating mechanism. Three, 5- core, single phase current transformers (1200-800-400/1-1-1-1-1A) 1250A, One 3 – f or three 1 – f, single pole, group operated isolator/disconnector without earthing switch, complete with manual and motor driven operating mechanisms. 1250A, One 3 – f or three 1 – f, single pole, group operated isolator/disconnector with one, 3 – f or three 1 – f, single pole, group operated earthing switch, complete with manual and motor driven operating mechanisms. 1250A, One 3 – f or three 1 – f, single pole, group operated isolator/disconnector with one normal and one high speed fault make 3 – f or three 1 – f, single pole, group operated earthing switches, complete with manual and motor driven operating mechanisms. (Presently Seimens Make at every required substation): 145kV, 1250A, single 3 –  or three 1 –, SF6 gas insulated, metal enclosed bus bars arrangement, consisting of single 3 –  or three 1 – SF6 gas insulated switchgears, each Bus Bar comprising of :-:- i) Bus bar enclosures running through the length of the switchgear to interconnect each of the circuit breaker bay modules in double main bus system.. ii) GIS Bus Duct with gas monitoring device, pressure switch etc. as required iii) Terminal boxes/ Local Control Cubicle. iv) Interconnecting wiring/ piping. v) Grounding, support structures and platforms.

66kV GIS: The 72.5 kV SF6 gas insulated switch gear for three phase system shall have double bus bar arrangement with one line feeder bay to be connected with existing GIS System along with bus bar and jointing plugs/ adapter etc. The SF6 gas insulated switch gear rated for 66kV, 3-phase, 50 HZ, 31.5KA fault level shall be of the indoor metal-enclosed type, comprising of following items (presently Sieyuan make at substation). 72.5kV, 3150A, single 3 –  or three 1 –, SF6 gas insulated, metal enclosed Bus bar arrangement, consisting of 2000A single 3 –  or three 1 – SF6 gas insulated switchgears, each Bus Bar comprising of:- i. Bus bar enclosures running the length of the switchgear to interconnect each of the circuit breaker bay modules in double main bus system. ii. Jointing plugs/ adapters etc. as per site condition. iii. Each GIS compartment with gas monitoring device, pressure switch etc. as required. iv. Terminal boxes/ Local Control Cubicle. v. Interconnecting wiring/ piping. vi. Grounding, support structures and platforms.

220kV XLPE Copper cables (4x1CX1000mm2) to connect 220kV Transmission Line feeders with GIS.
