Providing and laying APP(Atactic Polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished rainforced with non-woven polyster matt couristing of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/Sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 Kg/Litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using but one torch and sealing all points etc. and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameter of the mambrane shall be as under: Joint strength in longitudenal and travarse direction at 23°C as 650/450 N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudenal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening points of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto-2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM D-5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacture of mambrane 22.201-3mm thick. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials charges.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper by washing and scraping and sand papering the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials charges.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials charges.

Wall painting (two coats) with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated concrete /stone / plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including t horoughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty a required for metling the surface. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials charges.

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat)on previously painted concrete / masonry / plastered surface with readymixed paint/brushing for use on floors to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter and sand papering as required with Paint other than white. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials charges.
