Earthwork in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item-A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50 M. including all lifts, levelling, ramming the foudation trenches, removing roots of trees, shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing coarse clean sand in filling in foundation trenches or in plinth including ramming and watering royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

Providing designation 75 B one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering taxes royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.(75MM THK)

Centering & shuttering including strutting propping etc.and removal of form work foundation ,footing bases of column etc. for mass concret

Providing and laying in position cement concrete specified grade of cement concrete excluding the cost of centering shuttering finishing and reinforcement - All works upto plinth level. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand(zone III):3 graded stone concrete 20mm nominal size)

Providing tor steel reinforcement of 10mm,12mm & 16mm bars as per approved design and drawing. 10mm fe 500

Providing and fixing fan hooks of 16mm dia M.S. bar 1 meter long bent to required size and shape --do-- complete as per drawing and technical specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and placing in position 100 mm thick factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers on drains of footpath of various sizes, of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8 mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 100mm c/c on both ways , neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.6 mm thick , 100 mm wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat , reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 Nos. 12 mm dia bar for hooks etc i/c cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
