Trouble shooting of problem / faults arised in the control panel. Replacement of controller, firing cards or any other components in the control panel if required / necessary.

Testing and checking the healthiness of high voltage rectifier Transformer when the Precipitator voltage not developed or goes down to under voltage and other allied works in ESP IV&V.

Attending Minor repairs on heaters, rapping motors, checking auto/manual operation of rapping System etc, in ESP-IV & V

Oil draining and topping up and testing of oil BDV of HVR transformer etc

Dismantling, fault attending and assembling of HVR Transformer including cost of consumables

Transporting of New Transformer oil From packet store or Central store to 24 metre of ESP IV&V and Transporting of Dirty Transformer oil From 24 metre top floor to central store.
