TENDER NO:KGP/Security/2022-24/LT-01 (E-Tender ID: 2022_WBSO_148312_1) 1) Please quote service charges only in "%" percentage( Upto minimum 2 ( Two) decimal only 2) The below offer is inclusive of all statutory levies but exclusive of GST . GST will be paid @18% presently. 3)Tender should clearly indicate their name & offer in the appropiate spaces given below & not at any other place 4) Tenderer should clearly quote lowest percentage (plus /minus) in Figures as applicable . In case the tenderer desires to quote 'O'%( Zero percentage )'/At Par,then tenderer should 'enter 'Zero'. The tender without expressing % age in figures shall be rejected 5)The estimate is prepared based on the DGR wage structure w.e.f 01.10.2021. In line with the DGR wage revision escalation may be provided upon approval 6) The requirement of security personnel is for two years (24 Months ). 7)The minimum quote for service charges shall not be less than +10%
