SIDE BOARD (FD-241)

Dismantling unserviceable top and providing new top made of 18/19 mm thick prelaminated MDF board, exterior grade, BWR type, of same size and shape as shown on drg,complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling unserviceable sides and providing new sides made of 18/19 mm thick prelaminated MDF board, exterior grade, BWR type, of same size and shape complete all as shown on drg,and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable back ply wood (600 x1200 x 6 mm) with new commercial ply wood 6 mm thick conforming to IS: 303 BWR grade,complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable ply wood (400 x 350 x 6 mm) with new commercial ply wood 6 mm thick conforming to IS: 303 BWR grade in drawers,complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of chromium plated knobs complete all as specified and shown on drg,and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable shutters (375 x 475 x 18/19 mm) of the cup board with new shutter made of 18/19 mm thick prelaminated MDF board, exterior grade, BWR type, complete all as per drg,and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable bottom frame and legs with new bottom frame and legs made of 1st Class seasoned teakwood complete all as per drg,and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

SOFA SET 5 SEATER/4 SEATER (FD-281)

Opening and taking out old unserviceable cushion cover (21" x 22" x 4'') and supply & fixing new cushion cover made out of approved tapestry cloth not less than Rs.275/- per metre as approved by GE duly stitched with fine standard thread and providing best quality chain with runner on one side complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable cushion foam (21" x 22" x 4'') and supply new cushion foam sheet 100 mm thick of density 32 complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unservicable front or rear legs and providing new legs made out of 1st class seasoned teak wood complete all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unservicable broken battens of seat and back and providing new battens made out of 1st class seasoned teak wood complete all as shown on drg,and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable arms and profiding new arms made out of 1st class seasoned teak wood complete all as shown on drawing,and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unservicable side rails and providing new rails made out of 1st class seasoned teak wood all as shown on drg,and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unservicable long rail of sofa 3 seater and providing new long rail made out of 1st class seasoned teak wood complete all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

BED PLY TOP (FD-246)

Taking out old unservicable rails of bed ply wood and Provision of new long rails of seasoned teak wood of same shape and size complete all as specified and shown on drawing,and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable ply wood teak face and providing 4mm thick ply wood, ISI Marked, BWR grade, teak face on one side and other face commercial, of size 780 x 340 mm, on both side of head board complete all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 3.20 above but size 780 x 180 mm for foot boards.

Removing old unserviceable/worn out existing plywood top from bed plywood top and supply & fixing new 12mm thick plywood BWR grade type AA, of size 1800x900mm of aproved make and fixing it by minimum 18 No 30mm brass screw for each bed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Taking out old unserviceable bottom supporting rails of bed ply wood top and Provision of new bottom rails of seasoned teak wood of required shape and size complete all as specified and shown on drawing,and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable legs of head board and supply & fixing of new legs of head board, made of new seasoned teak wood of required shape and size complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Taking out old unserviceable legs of foot board and supply & fixing of new legs of foot board, made of new seasoned teak wood of required shape and size complete all as specified and shown on drawing,and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 4 Nos wooden corner cleat to strengthen long rails and legs made of new seasoned teak wood of required shape and size complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

BED HARD (FD/E6/MAP/08(R)

Taking out existing unserviceable plytop of bed hard and replacing with 12mm thick new Plywood top (900mm x 1980mm) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F GI Square tubing of size (18mm x 1.6mm thick) for supporting stiffner to plywood,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable MDF board from head rest and replace with 18mm MDF Board with PVC edging screwd to MS Strip complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing unserviceable shoe and supply & fixing new PVC/hard rubber shoes complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing old polish, dust, dirt etc, from entire surface of wooden furniture items by specified method, filling up holes, cracks and patches with specified material, preparing the surfaces smooth and clean and polishing the surfaces with French polish, superior quality, for following items, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge :-

Taking out old unserviceable cover from seat of chair and supply & fixing new cushion cover made out of approved tapestry cloth, not less than Rs.275/- per metre duly stitched with fine standard thread complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable cover from back of chair and supply & fixing new cushion cover made out of approved tapestry cloth, not less Rs.275/- per metre duly stitched with fine standard thread complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing the existing unserviceable arms rest and S & F Arms rest with mechanized adjustments for whole chairs and back complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Schedule of credit amount of Rs 141305.00 to be deducted during AOC
