Providing post construction Anti-termite treatment by drilling 1\2" dia holes at uniform intervals of 12" at the junction of walls and floors to depth of 4" to 6" inside the building best quality Anti-termite chemicals emulsion shall be injected into there holes by using hand pump or pressure pump till its refused. The wooden frames using shall be treated with an Anti-termite solution and the outer periphery of the building with holes at suitable intervals . After completion of the treatment all the holes drilled in the floors and walls will be closed and finished neatly by the contractor using cement 1:3(One of cement and three of sand) and with white cement or other suitable materials to render the surface back to the original condition at our own cost. The rate is inclusive of all labour and the work should be done as per ISI 6313\1981 etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and installation of two-track sliding UPVC windows shall utilize UPVC profile sections with an outer wall thickness of 2.30mm (±0.2mm), featuring an outer frame of 60mm x 52mm, a shutter of 66mm x 42mm x 50mm, an interlock of 45mm x 36mm, and a glazing bead of 24.5mm x 16mm. All frame, sash, and mullion profiles shall be reinforced, where required, with a 1mm thick GI steel section, and windows are to be equipped with security devices such as touch locks or crescent locks, nylon rollers, and an aluminium track, all compliant with relevant specifications and departmental directives. Glazing shall consist of 5mm thick Plain or Pinhead glass, secured by TPE (Grey) weather-sealed gaskets, while all corners and mullion joints of the frame and sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded without mechanical joints, with all welded joints neatly trimmed to a grooved nib finish, ensuring sharp- edge-free products. The complete window units shall be fixed into pre-finished openings by drilling and fastening through the outer frame with high- quality fasteners, and silicon sealant shall be applied to fill the gap between the wall and window frame for a leak-proof installation and complete finish etc., Complete and as directed by the department officers.

Renewing the damaged and unserviceable MS rectangular box section of size 100x50x4.50mm thick with new one including labour for fixing, conveying charges, loading and unloading and fixing in position and painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc.. Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at the site of work

Renewing the damaged tensile roof fabric with new one membrane made out of a high strength material of PTFE of thickness 0.05 mm to 0.82mm and minimum weight of 700gms per square meter etc., complete including conveyance charges, loading and unloading charges and fixing in position with necessary scaffolding arrangements etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, laying and jointing UPVC pipes of Class 5 (having working pressure of 10 kg/sq.cm) conforming to IS 4985- 2000 of approved quality and best variety of the following dia including cutting and fixing UPVC specials using UPVC adhesives (but excluding cost of such specials) in accordance with IS 7634-3 (2003) and fixing into wall with teak wood plugs, PVC clamps and screws making holes on the wall (or) drilling holes in the roof and making good the dismantled portion to original condition with necessary brick work / cement concrete and plastering neatly wherever necessary with necessary scaffolding charges upto 4 metre height above ground level, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The PVC pipes shall be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works - External water supply above ground level / Below ground level.32mm dia pipe
