M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of tile over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white including connection to drain pipe and to flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) but including CI 'P' trap and provision of PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm draded crushed stone aggregate) bedding, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replair vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back, size 550x400mm excluding taps, waste, chain and plug and porcelain stopper but including brackets including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand including CP pillar tap 15mm size , 32mm dia PTMT waste coupling in full threaded (minimum weight 45gms) but excluding waste pipe, waste fittings etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor & pavings n exc 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor finishes, concrete surface is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement including 38mm wide and 3mm thick glass dividing strips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8), type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair plastic water closet seat cover of any colour, closed pattern with recessed bottom cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying of water proofing treatment to sunken poertion by applying cement slurry mixed with acralic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound of make as approved including demolition and filling of sunken floor by PCC (1:5:10) (using brick aggregate). (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.253 Kg/Sqm. This layer allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.125 Kg/Sqm, this to be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. Note :- 1. Concrete for sunken slabs shall be mixed with water proofing compound as manufactureres instructions before carrying out water proofing treatment the sunken slab shall be treated with water for 48hrs for any leakage/dampeness is seen in ceiling below, them treatment is again carried out to RCC slab and it is again tested (WPC shall be measured and paid separately). 2. 50mm thick PCC at the bottom of slab and slope shall be 1:20 towards the corner of outer wall and GI pipe of 50mm dia (Medium grade) be inserted at corner projecting outside 20cm 3. 15mm plaster mixes with water proofing compound shall be provided while concrete is green. 4. Only floor area shall be measured for payment purpose.

S&F in repairs PVC low level flushing cistern 10 ltrs capacity, valveless, syphonic action type, white with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets, PVC 32mm dia flushing pipe etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair hand shower (telephonic type), chromium plated with 900mm long 15mm bore chrome finish flexible pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 15mm bore bib tap, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails.
