Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required lines, grades, cutting and trimming of side slopes to level as shown in the drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge at site according to the MORD technical specification Section 300, and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of road and transportation of un-useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material to approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. Recovery for use full stone to the tune of 2421.23 Cum quantity (two thousand four hundred twenty one decimal twenty three) cubic metres at the rate of 300/- (Rupees Three hundred) per cubic metre shall be effected from the contractor's running bills on pro-rate basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public, private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted in layer of 200mm (two hundred millimetre) thickness to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301 & 1603.5 within all leads, and lifts. The rate shall include carriage of materials, equipments, tools materials and safety measures. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 mm below the subgrade level, watered, graded with motor grader and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for subgrade construction as per MORD Technical Specification section 300. The rate shall include carriage of materials, equipments, tools and materials and safety measures. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drain and Parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks (Where blasting is prohibited) in all depths as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 and as per direction of the Engineer- In – Charge including setting out, shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arises out during dewatering as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Back filling with granular material behind abutments, wing walls, return walls and retaining walls complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 1203 and 1604 and as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded materials, spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with three Wheel 80-100 (Eighty-hundred) kN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 401 for grading-I Material, as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materil within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting by mechanically means stone aggregate of size 63mm to 45mm ( sixty three millimeter to forty five millimeter) Grading-II [75mm ( seventy five millimeters) consolidated thickness] to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm ( eleven point two milimetres) nominal size at the rate of 0.20 cum ( zero point two zero cubic metres) per ten square metres and binding material at the rate 0.06 cum ( zero point zero six cubic metre) to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 405 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidental. Providing and applying primer coat with BITUMEN emulsion (SS-1) with nano technology on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.85 Kg. per Sqm. (Zero point Eight Five kilogram) per square metre using one Part of bituman emntion SS-I and two part of water mixed with nano technology tack emulsioun @ 1 % (one Percent) of weght of emulsion mechanical means as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 502 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge and other incidentals. Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared granular surface treated with primer coat ceaned with hydraulic broom and spaying tack coat @0.275 ( zero decimal two seven five Kilogram) per square metre using one part bitumen emulsion RS-I and two parts of water mixed with Nano technology tack emulsion @ 1.4% (one decimal four percent) of weight of emulsion as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 503 and including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge. Providing and laying 30mm (thirty milimetres) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (Viscosity grade-Ten) @ 5.4 to 5.6 % (Five decimal four to five decimal six percent ) of mix and filler, with nano technology ( Zycotherm) @ 0.1 % ( Zero decimal one percent ) by the weight of Asphalt Binder transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause 507 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental .
