(b) Minor consumable material required to complete the Job as per Annexure -II shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates and any major parts to be replaced shall be paid against respective items of this Schedule.

Surface dressing in soft / loose soil, not exceeding 15 cm deep under 4 / 3 / 2 pole structure or CSS, including disposal of spoil outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for Mild steel work (miscellaneous) as in Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including ecuring bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for PVC coated chain link fencing 10 gauge thick galvanised steel wire and 50mm x 50mm size mesh fixed to steel fencing post by galvanized iron nut, bolt etc including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour in replacement of Rolled mild steel conforming to Fe 410-W(Gde-E- 250) quality - A as in Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete, complete all as specified and directed.
Taking out old interlocking tiles and keep aside for re-use after removing of grass, shrubs and levelling of surface area and re-fixing of old interlocking tiles at same place, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable route indicator made out of MS sheet duly marked with HT Cable 11000 volt (engraved “HT CABLE / HT JOINT” coloured with two coats of synthetic paint in red) and with MS angle embeded in PCC 1:4:8 60 cm below ground level and 30 cm above Ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge
Cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of 2/4 pole structure and painting with one coat of aluminium paint to all steel structure such as channel/brackets, bracing, clamps, anti climbing device, cross arms and further synthetic enamelled painting 30 cm high alternate yellow & black strips with paint upto 1.5 mtr height to PCC pole and mention the FEEDER NAME with red synthetic enamel paint on each HT structurecomplete all as specified and directed.
Supply & fix in replacement new MS Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps, anti climbing device and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers with reqd mech working/ process i.e. cutting, welding, bending, cold or hot, drilling holes, grinding or bolt in any shape or size including 2 coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide including taking out unserviceable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Unexposed surface shall be given one coat of primer only.
Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. from HT poles by opening nuts, bolts complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Supply and fix in replacement lightening arrester expulsion type complete with all fittings, Distribution class, discharge capacity 65 KA rupturing capacity conforming to IS suitable for 11 KV, HT over head line complete including nuts, bolts, clamps, bracket etc and connecting with GI earth wire complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix in replacement Danger notice plate for HT of 25 cm x 20 cm x 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones and wtitten as "DANGER" in signal red colour and incl provn and fixed with MS clamps made out of MS flat 25 mm x 3mm , including nuts & bolts, including 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including dismantling all as specified. Note :- Words shall be written in three languages viz. -Kannada, Hindi and English.
Supplying and fix in replacement switch Air break Gang Operated Switch assembly (polymer insulators) outdoor type HT 11 KV triple pole, 200 Amps, vertical mounting type with fixed contacts and moving contacts of phosphorus bronze with mechnically operated from ground level with polymer insulator on steel frame incl suitable length GI pipe 25mm dia bore(medium grade) with handle and locking arrangment with 09 Nos polymer inuslators complete including taking out old unserviceable GO Switch assy all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge and (clamps/cross arms shall be measured and paid for separately). (v) Closing coil resistance (vi) Tripping coil resistance. (c) Testing and calibration of following relays of control panel with Suitable Injection Kit ,checking and programming of relay :- (i) Over current and earth fault relay (d) Testing of followig Aux relay (i) DC Supply supervision relay. (ii) Master trip relay
Servicing and calibration of RMU ( 3WAY/5 WAY) by OEM/Authorised Channel partner for setting of earth fault current/short circuit current/over load current setting (time & load) as per connected load in KVA on individual RMU and series of RMU/ VCBs/CSS on Service centre No 1,2,3, CAIR, ALISDA TECH & RESDL, MTRDC TECH & RESDL,.Electric load connected on RMU/Feeder/VCBs will be provide by the deptt. servicing of ring main unit (RMU) 3/5 way carried out by taking shutdown of 11 KV and disconnecting electrical connections, removing of dust with blower, cleaning of all movable/fixed parts, removing moisture/ hard carbon deposited due to flash over on bus bars and insulators with CRC/ Stanvac moisture/ carbon remover, checking all components, insulators/ studs, adjusting the male / female bushings in proper spacing, lubrication of moving parts, greasing all parts, tightening nuts and bolts, adjustment of breaker mechanism/ load break switch , earth switch to ensure slip free operation, testing of CT & PT with injection kit and reconnecting of all electrical connections, testing of RMU for healthiness and proper functioning and submitting report complete all as directed. Note: (a) Contractor shall submit complete report regarding CT & PT, Protection relay functioning pick up current & corresponding time value setting tests carried with injection testing kit, Relay testing kit. Any major Spare replaced shall be measured and paid seperately. (b) Contractor shall come to calibrate the RMU during any time of currency of work. (c) Primary & secondary injection test, IDMT relay test, IR test, Tripping & closing test, etc and other test suggested by the OEM/ should be done through OEM/Authorised Channel partner/ Auth service centre and report to be submitted to engr-in-charge.
Servicing and repairing of LT Air Circuit Breaker by drawing out mechanically ACB from cabinet clearing entire parts greasing, oiling tightening of nuts/bolts and replacing following unserviceable spare parts and reassembling the same. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge (a) Supply only under voltage release coil 230 Volts (b) Supply only Shunt release coil 230 Volts (c) Supply only closing coil 230 Volts
Repairing/Replacement of potential transformer (PT) 11 KV/110 V with drawable type with automatic shutters by disconnecting PT from main power supply of VCB panel / Meter Cubical, separating fixed and moving chambers opening of covers, cleaning, meggering the windings etc., & commissioning after replacement of required unserviceable spare parts complete all as specified and directed. (i) Component / accessories to be replaced shall be inspected and approved by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Replacement of unserviceable spare parts/accessories for the equipment shall be measured and paid separately as supply only rates under relevant items of this schedule 'A'. (iv) Replacement of screws, nuts, bolts and consumables shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted and no extra payment shall be allowed.

Notes: Excavation for the cable fault shall be done by the contractor by his own arrangement. Note :- (i) Charges of cable fault equipment carried out by BESCOM/other agencies are deemed to be included in the item rate quoted (ii) Contractor on demand by dept has to arrange the above equipment without any delay failing which penalty will be levied by the dept.

Checking of existing LT panel/HT panel/Bldg VTPN/ Street light pole of any type near all buildings/sub stations using all safety methods carefully, tightening of all earthing connections using suitable devices like earth tester, insulation resistance tester,etc (the arrangement of testing devices is the responsibility of contractor). Details and results should be recorded in the register duly signed by electrician and JE E/M in all respects complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (a) The job shall be paid twice in the contract period. (b) All results/reading will be entered in the register by the contractor by taking signature of JE E/M/AGE E/M. (c) The details of test to be preformed(earth resistance test, IR test, Earth leakage test, etc) and format of the test sheet will be given by the EIC. (d) Printed testing records in the prescribed format by the EIC will be submitted for payment by the contractor.
Checking of existing Copper/GI strip/GI wire earthings of any type near all buildings/sub stations using all safety methods carefully, tightening of all earthing connections, pouring water in the earth pits through earth pit funnel properly, after 24 hrs of water pouring testing of earthing pit using earth tester (the arrangement of earth tester is the responsibility of contractor) whit washing to earth pit, marked/painted with exterior paint date of earth result checked earthing pit pertains to which equipment etc and reading in ohms etc properly and enter earth details and results in the register duly signed by electrician in all respects complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (a) The job shall be paid twice in the contract period. (b) All results/reading will be entered in the register by the contractor by taking signature of JE E/M/AGE E/M. (c) Printed testing records in the prescribed format by the EIC will be submitted for payment by the contractor.
