Negative tipping fee ( the fee to be paid to Municipal Corporation by the Bidder) per ton per day (if the bidder quote negative tipping fee then the column of positive fee he should be quoted zero)

Positive tipping fee ( the fee to be paid to bidder by Municipal Corporation) per ton per day (if the bidder quote positive tipping fee then the column of negative fee he should be quoted zero)
