VRF/ VRV SYSTEM Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Variable Refrigerant Flow/ Variable Refrigerant Volume airconditioning system suitable for cooling and heating by using all inverter type compressor complete with indoor & outdoor units, individual remote controllers compatible for centralised controller, accessories including fully charge refrigerant R410A/ green gas, oil, control cabling etc. suitable for 415 +/- 10 % volt, 50 Hz, 3 phase AC supply for outdoor units and 220 ± 10 % volt, 50 Hz, 1 phase AC supply for indoor units complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of copper separation tubes/ Y Joints suitable for gas and liquid line of VRF/ VRV System complete as required for the above system.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following sizes of interconnecting copper refrigerant pipes for VRF/ VRV units, recessed/concealed, properly supported with MS or GI studs/ clamps/ hangers etc. as per site requirement, duly insulated with closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber type tubular insulation of nominal thickness as per OEM standards between indoor and outdoor units with lagging fabrics, protective coating etc. complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following size hard PVC drain piping complete with fittings, supports, valve and 6 mm thick closed nitrile rubber foam insulation complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of touch screen Centralized Controller, LCD display with back light should be capable of controlling minimum 128 indoor units across the outdoor units. Controller have operate individual indoor unit for ON/OFF operation, temperature settings, schedule timer, outside temperature display etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing transmission/control wiring PVC insulated of 3C x 1.5 sq.mm copper conductor shielded flexible wire in 25 mm PVC conduits between outdoor to outdoor / indoor to indoor / outdoor to indoor and remote control unit etc. as required.

SITC of 1.5 TR (nominal) capacity 3-star rated split type airconditioner unit conforming to IS:1391/Part-2 and latest BEE guidelines fitted with hermetically sealed rotary compressor operating on refrigerant green gas suitable for 230V, 50Hz, single phase AC supply including refrigerant pipe upto 3.50 mtr, 3x2.5 sqmm size copper cable and all other accessories as per OEM specifications capable of performing the functions as cooling, dehumidifying, air circulating and filtering etc. complete as required.

ELECTRICAL WORKS Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor feeder pillar (IP 55), double door made out of minimum 2 mm thick CRCA sheet steel, powder coating in approved shade, complete with aluminium bus bars, SMC busbar supports with suitable short circuit withstand capacity, neutral links, copper earth strip, earth studs, cable alleys, gland plates, metering, indications, protections including masonary foundation with following switchgears & accessories etc. complete as required. Incomers (a) 160 Amp, 4 Pole MCCB, 35 KA fault level, Ics= 100% Icu- 1 No. Busbars 160 Amp, 415V, 50 Hz, 4 strip made with high conductivity aluminium alloy with all accessories. Metering Instruments and Indicators Digital Ammeter (0-400A) with CTs etc.- 01 Set Digital Voltmeter (0-500V) with controlling MCBs etc.- 01 Set LED type RYB phase indicating lamps with 2 Amp MCB - 01 Set Outgoings 63 Amp, 4 Pole MCCB, 35 KA fault level, Ics=100% Icu- 06 Nos. 32 Amp, 4 Pole, 10 KA MCB - 04 Nos.

Supplying and fixing of 12 way (8 + 36), Double Door surface/ recess mounting, 415 volts, TPN MCB horizontal distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 amps tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCB's as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Providing and laying of 3.5 C x 95 sq.mm XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade as per IS: 7098-1988 (Part-I) with upto date amendment as required.

Providing and laying of 3.5 C x 16 sq.mm XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, copper conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade as per IS: 7098-1988 (Part-I) with upto date amendment as required.

Providing and laying of 4 X 1.5 sq.mm + 2 X 1.5 sq.mm of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in 25mm surface/ recessed MS conduit as required.

Providing and laying of 2 X 1.5 sq.mm + 1 X 1.5 sq.mm of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in 20mm surface/ recessed MS conduit as required.
