Annual Maintenance and Upkeep of Archaeological Gardens in the state of Odisha for the financial year 2019-20.

Complete maintenance of the entire intensive garden (in 'B" class city) features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn, trees, shrubs, hedge, flower beds, foliage, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mower and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers (whenever required), top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by site-in-charge (cost of good earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide, pesticide, will be provided by the contractor & lawn mower and brush cutter with fuel & other T&P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor) and as per direction of officer in-charge. Total garden area = 165981 sqm. Area for 12 months : 165981 x 12 = 1991772 sqm.

Total garden area = 148911 sqm. Area for 12 months = 148911 x 12 = 1786932 sqm.

Complete maintenance of the entire extensive garden (in 'C" class city) features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn, trees, shrubs, hedge, flower beds, foliage, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mower and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers (whenever required), top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by site-in-charge (cost of good earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide, pesticide, will be provided by the contractor & lawn mower and brush cutter with fuel & other T&P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor) and as per direction of officer in-charge. Total garden area = 122215 sqm. Area for 12 months = 122215 x 12 = 1466580 sqm.

Complete maintenance of tree plants (beyond 8 years old, in "B" class city ) by attending all the garden cultural operation in time i.e. hoeing, manuring, watering, ring making, stacking and other related works as directed by site-in-charge (cost of good earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide, pesticide, will be provided by the contractor & other T&P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) and as per direction of officer in-charge. Total No. of trees = 3250 nos. No. of trees for 12 months : 3250 x 12 = 39000 nos.

Complete maintenance of tree plants (beyond 8 years old, in "B" class city ) by attending all the garden cultural operation in time i.e. hoeing, manuring, watering, ring making, stacking and other related works as directed by site-in-charge (cost of good earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide, pesticide, will be provided by the contractor & other T&P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) and as per direction of officer in-charge. Total No. of trees = 750 nos. No. of trees for 12 months : 750 x 12 = 9000 nos.
