Dismentling door,windows and clerestory windows( steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50mtr. Lead of area 3sq.meter and below.including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows clerestory windows and frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separatley).including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing & fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4mm thick float glass panes, including ISI marked M.S pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. 2nd class teak wood 35mm thick.including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing & fixing wire Gauge shutters using galvanised M.S wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4mm in both directions with wire gauge of dia 0.63mm. For door windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws:with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size 2nd class teak wood 35 thick.including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Applying priming coats with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wood work (hard and soft wood)including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. .

Demolishing Cement concrete work manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50mtr lead as per direction of Engineer -in -Charge.) (1:4:8).

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5sqm meter and under , including cutting the patches in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surfaces of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground all complete as per the direction of Engineer- in -charge.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping,sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repair to scratches etc. complete.including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing & applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and samooth complete as per the direction of Engineer- in charge.

Destempering with Oil bound washebale distemper of approved brand and manufacturer( two or more coat) of required shade on new work, over and inclucding, water thinnable priming coat to give an even shade.including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Finishing wall with textured exterior paint of required shade on old work (one or more coats) applied @ 1.82 ltr/10sqm.including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Painting wood work with Deluxe MultiSurface Paint of required shade. Two ormore coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over anunder coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture.including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
