Dismantling of of old existing unserviceable top of table dressing and S&F of new top shall be made out of 12 mm thick pre laminated particle board as specified and shown in drg complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chage.

M/L for removing of old U/S ply from back side of mirror of Table dressing gents and S/F new ply wood 6mm commercial grade as per drg.approved complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chage.

M/L for removing of old U/S mirror and S/F new mirror shall be 5mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chage. ,Make Modi Guard/King fisher/Atul as per drg.

M/L for removing of old/U/S knobs and S/F new fancy type knob 25mm to the drawer of table dressing gents complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chage.

Hat Stand with mirror (FD-233)

M/L for removing old U/S pegs from hat stand and S/F new brass pegs 150mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chage.

M/L for removing U/S mirror from hat stand and S/F new mirror 5mm thick as per drg .Mirror shall be King Fisher/Atul/Modi Guard as approved complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chage.

Charpoy tubular steel frame with plytop (Charpoy IP Hard Top)

M/L for removing of old U/S plytop the charpoy and fixing only of plywood 12mm thick commercial BWR with appropriate nut & bolt fully threaded with washer as directed . Plywood will be provided by the department complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chage.

M/L for removing U/S hard rubber shoes and refix New hard rubber shoes of approved quality as per Drg No and approved complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chage.

BED HARD STEEL (FD/E6/MAP/08 ®

Removing of old and unserviceable Plytop from Bed Hard and fixing only of new 12mm thick plytop of siutable size, commercial plywood complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.Plywood will be provided by the department complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chage.

Removing of old unserviceable head board from Bed Hard and S&F new head board made of 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board both side teak faced having 04 mm thick teak wood beading all around. All as per size and design shown on drawing and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chage.

All as per Sr.item No. 34.02 here-in-before but foot board of Bed hard complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chage.

S&F in replacement hard rubber shoes at the bottom of leg of Bed hard steel all as shown on drg complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chage.

Table Computer

Removing of old existing unsv top from Table computer and supply and fixing the new top of same size made out of 18/19mm thick exterior grade particle board duly post-formed all as shown on drawing and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chage.

Removing of old existing unsv bottom from Table computer and supply and fixing the new bottom of same size made out of 18/19mm thick exterior grade pre-laminated particle board with allround PVC edging all as shown on drawing and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chage.

Spot welding to steel furniture at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chage.

Polishing of the wooden furniture prepare the existing surface of wooden furniture of any description by applying sand paper removing the stains and filling the bore holes , cracks by putting fevicol and wooden putty etc and apply two coat of french spirit Polish to the exposed surface polishing shall be uniform and shall be glossy finish for the following items :-
