Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick on brick wall/cement block wall or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceiling surface finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed..

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in two layers, 10 mm thick plaster incement mortar 1:6 in first coat with WPC and second coat of 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC as per manufactures instruction, surfaces, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of exisiting wall treatment on old plaster or concrete surface by scraping tin plate, leaned of all laitance , loose material, oil grease by mechanical means such as wire brushing & shot blasting , finally vacum cleaning of all loose solid particals complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 1 mm thick wall care putty on wall on internal old/new wall surfaces as per manufacturerer instruction complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer on prepared wall putty surfaces of internal wall all including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as per specified and directed.

M&L preparing of plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, cornices etc and applying two coats of Dr Fixit Raincoat Elastomeric Acrylic water proof exterior coating or equievalent over one coat of primer of DR Fixit Primesea or equievalent, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection or similar places, surface finished even and fair without using extra cement incl necessary use and waste of form work complete, & incl demolition of PCC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reparing of RCC projection, chajjas, roofs, facia, column etc by necessary preparation i.e scrapping ,cutting,chiseling,derusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete (1: 1-1/2: 3) using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and reinforeced with welded mesh of weight exc 2Kg per sqm but n.exc 3Kg/sqm with or without facia and finished including necessary scaffolding, shuttering, necessary chases to brick work or RCC members at any height upto 3 storey bldgs complete all as specified & directed. Note : Steel welded mesh is to be tightend / welded with the existing re-inforcement. The cost of welded mesh is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

Demolition cement concrete (unreinfoced) of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions on concrete/brick surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed. Note:WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for apply one prime coat acrylic polymer modified water proofing coating (Brush band of FOSROC or equivalent) and over that two coats of acrylic polymer modified two component elastomeric water proofing membrane coating (Brush band of fosroc make or equivalent) complete all as specified as per manufacturers instruction as directed by engineer-in-charge. S&F in repair factory made PVC side laminated shelf /partition of required size consisting of panel of 18mm thick celuka PVC ply and for supporting the hold of shelf /partition and shall provided 3 edges in size 18mm x 18mm as per required length the front side of the edge visible in the front of the shelf / partition to be edge lipped by 18mm width x 1mm thick PVC Sheet of density 600 Kg/Cum manufactured by ISO 9001 - 2015 Cerfified campany , using solvent cement etc.complete as direction of Engr-in-Charge manufacturers specification and drawings.
