Supply and fixing of Solar street light 20 wattts all in one FRP/Aluminium extruded Lithium based energy efficient Integrated with polyurethane coating camouflag colour servicable battery compartment, 75 Watts solar PV panel of 35-40 WP mono crystalline, 24 Ah Lithium battery 12.8 Volt complete set stand with Gl pole 5 mtr hight with adjustable MS Clamp complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earthwork excavation , PCC shall be measured and paid separately in their respective items.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth, for foundation, etc. or Cum for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, per, pier holes, etc. n.exc 10 sq m on plan and n. exc 1.5m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returing, filling, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not Cum exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) for pole/struts foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundation filling and mass concrete using PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) for foundation GI pole 5 mtr hight complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) for coping and foundation including necessary form work and fair finishing of exposed surface of concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for High galvanized mast light 15 Mtr high, suitable for 8x150W led flood light symmetrically fitted along with their control gear and having two point suspension system with stainless steel wire rope of 6 mm dia 97/19 guage and double drum winch with luminaire mounting arm, pully assembly, aviation obstruction light, lightning arrester spike including RCC foundation as per height complete details given particular sp ecifications sl no 5 complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) LED flood light 150 Watts will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ. (b) Quoted rate is deemed to include excavation, returning filling. removal, necessary PCC/RCC work along with necessary mounting nuts/bolts complete as specified and directed.

S&F of MCCB, 4 pole 63 amps, 415 volts, 16KA all complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 40mm dia Tubes, lightgrade, galvanised with all fitting used as a Solar light poles as per requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strio or wire amoured, electric power cables(heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sqmm x 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 150 watts 230 volts, AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of DWC (Double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked IS-14390 Part-ll, of outer dia 50mm and inner dia 38mm with smooth internal and profied external surface for non pressure under ground cable including all connected accessories like coupler "O" ring etc for protection of cable complete all as specified
