REPAIR TO STORM WATER DRAINAGE SYSTEM,DRAIN COVER,FENCING HARDSTANDING AND OTHER MISC PETTY REPAIR AND PERIODICAL SERVICES,REPAIR TO JOINERY,ROOF SHEET INCL SUNKEN TREATMENT,ROOF REPAIR AND COMPREHENSIVE MAINT OF DISTRESSED CONCRETE MEMBER AT ERANGAL

Carrying out maintenance of entire sewage system of Erangal area by cleaning of sewage line of dia. not exc. 150mm, 200mm and 300mm including blocked manholes by rodding from manholes and well flushing after cleaning and removal of blocked/decomposed sludge/dirt and other materials out side MD land in closed container including removing and re-fixing manhole covers without damaging, cleaning/removal of blockages in trap of kitchen, bath and WC, etc. complete as and when required basis. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of septic tank including filter bed by bailing out fluid, decomposed materials sludge etc. scraping and washing the wall with fresh water and disposal of decomposed materials, sludge etc. outside MD land complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following of septic tanks :- Note 1:- Sludge / de-composed materials obtained from cleaning shall be removed outside MD land by mechnical sewage cleaning tankers. Note 2:- Rate inclusive of clearing away all grass vetetation, saplings shurbs and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth upto 3 mtrs alround the septic tank and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 mtrs outside the periphery of the area.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 graded stone aggregate) slab supported on walls beam and column in floors, roof, landing, balconies, canopies, deck slabs, chajja and in the shelves etc Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) for cover slab including necessary form work and set in cement mortar 1 : 4, Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to sides & soffit of roof beams / top beams rough finished surface of concrete walls, retaining wallsabutment, parapet and similar of concrete Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing TMT bar 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending, spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed confirmed to Fe 410-0 Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing TMT bar 6 to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending, spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed confirmed to Fe 410-0 Complete all as specified and directed.
