Installation, testing and commisioning of LT Panel in cubical housing cabinet, out door type, platform mounted (minium height 45 cm above normal GL and 30 cm below normal GL) , CPRI approved factory made, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof made out by 3.15 MM thick CRCA MS sheet and full built upon angle iron frame in size 40 x 40 x 6 MM, having front and rear hinged both side openable doors and liffting lugs (02 Nos) , locking arrengement to be connect to earthing strip at rear side, bottom detachable both side openable ,gland plate complete with suitable size zinc plated and passivated nut, bolts, spring and washers sheet steel bus bar chambers having front hinged covers with a set of electrolytic grade high conductivity. The cabinet and all members should be chemically treated with MSR solution for anticorrosive treatment. The panel shall be epoxy powder coated and the control circuit shall be connected by multi strandered copper conductor flexible wire 1.5 Sqmm in proper colour coading and drawn through in flexible conduit. Note : Quoted unit rate shall be included cost of making a hole in suitable size on surface of wall and carrying out 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) & finishing with two coats of distempering etc complete all as sper existing finish at sit.

Material and labour sub main wiring with two runs of single core PVC FRLS IS-694 cable with unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor of size 6 sqmm and drawing through in concelead rigid non metallic PVC conduit pipe medium grade heavy duty in suitable size with all necessary fittings including one run of FRLS insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 6 sqmm as earth wire (green in colour) and connected to common earth dolly complete including taking down of old unserviceable sub main wiring complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Two run of 6 sqmm wire and one run of 6 sqmm earth wire and one run of PVC conduit pipe shall be measured agaist one unit. (ii) Cost of cutting /cheasesing / plastering /colouring etc at site shall be included to matching the disturbed surface with existing surface.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure for MCB distribution board TPN, 4 pole double door, 4 way with 200 Amp rated bus bar 440 Volts with common earth bar, vertical type concealed in surface of wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB , SPN, 2 pole 215 volts , 40 Amps , "C" Curve 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB , SP, single pole 215 volts , 32 Amps , "C" Curve 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB ,TPN, 4 pole 415 volts , 40 Amps , "C" Curve 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing as new ceiling fan in size 1200 MM sweep white colour 5 star rated copper wound energy saving with set of sweep/ extension rod / "U" clamp and other accessories single phase 50 Hzs incl making electric connection using three core copper cable drawn through in PVC flexible conduit pipe complete all as specified and directed. Make : Usha model EX 3 ,1200 MM (white colour) or equivalent in other make as appended in appendix 'B' duly approved by AGE (I).

Supply and fixing of wall mounting fan/ air circulators heavy duty, 450 mm sweep non capacitor, bracket mounted type copper wound motor ISI marked 3 star rated energy saving with fixing accessories complete making necessary electric connection all as specified and directed. Make ;- Usha model MAX Air W/F (white colour) or equivalent model of make as approved by AGE (I) (for Storage Area)

Supply and fixing Air Circulator 230 volts single phase heavy duty copper wounded 5 sater rating energy saving steel body indutrial type oscillating in 600 mm size of sweep fixing with surface of wall/ beam/ guider etc all as site making all connection using 3 core copper cable drawn through in PVC flexible conduit pipe clamping etc complete all as specified and didrected. Make:- Almonard or equivalent in other make as listed in Appendix 'B' duly approved by AGE (I).
