Taking out old rusted unserviceable LT panel Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement outdoor type stainless steel (SS 316) cubical enclosure compartmentalized exterior and interior mirror type brushed suitable for highly corrosive environment, high creep resistance, better mechanical properties like ductility, yield strength, hardness etc.The outer enclosure shall be made of 3.15 mm thick SS 316 sheet and inner compartment should be 2 mm. The fixing of double doors shall be on SS hinges with anti-theft provision (the door can’t be removed from enclosure without cutting enclosure). All fabrication/welding shall be done with TIG/MIG or as approved by Engineer in charge suitable for SS 316. Sliding handle and locking arrangement front and rear both side . Enclosure shall be suitable for AC supply system 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz. IP-55 class protection and mounted on channel 75 mm welded with panel of SS 316 with 04 Nos foundation bolt of size not less than 20mm dia and 300mm long. The enclosure shall have provision of cable alley . Cable entry from bottom side including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid, copper conductor FRLS cable, IS-694 marked, 1100 volts grade of appropriate size (but not less than 2.5 sqmm).

Supply, installing, commissioning and testing of transformer as per IS :1180 part -I Level -II Step down copper wound 11KV/433 Volt (at no load) AC 3 phase 50 Hz 250 KVA capacity, core type, oil immersed naturally air cooled, oil natural air natural(ON/AN) with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side(HV) and star connecetd on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYn-11 with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV) and having taoing at +/- 5% to +/- 10% in steps of 2.5% on HV side to be changed by means hand operated off load tap changegear. The maximum temperature rise should not excced 50 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HV/KV winding when measured by resistance method after continous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree celsius transformer shall be BOLTLESS core design. Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non ageing, high permeability prime grade crgo with M4 garde or better, perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations. The transforme shall be IS/IEC 60076 and as per IS-1180 Part - I of 2014 marked and shall comprise of the following :-

(a) One cable box on HT side (Primary side) consisting of three nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washer, with cable gland suitable for reception/ taking out 3 core 120 Sqmm, HT 11000 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cable including jointing materails complete.

(a) One cable box on LT side (Secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washer, with cable gland suitable for reception/ taking out 3.5 core 240 Sqmm, LT 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cable including jointing materails complete.

(c) Conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge

(d) De-hydarting reather with first fill of dehydrating agent (Silica Gel)

(e) Exposive Vent, Thermometer pocketc on tank cover, oil level gauge, oil drain filter valve, at bottom of the tank lifting ligs, oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers.

(f) One no 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 deghree celsius with guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device.

(g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to faciliate fixing of 32x6 mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body.

(h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate

(j) Extra bushing for neutral in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutra..

(k) First fill of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 of 2018 marked, filtered and tested upto 50 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap betweeen testing electrodes, specific resistance at 27 Degree celsius Ohm-om 500 x 10 power-12, water content 50 PPM, Dielectric dissipation factor 9tan deta at 90 degree celsius) m0.005 Neutralisation value of mg of KOH/gm of oil 0.03, Inter facial tension N/M at 27 Degree celsius 0 0.04, flash point degree celsius and sluge 0.1% by weight.

(l) Proving adequate size and nos of channels, embeded in floor, for movement of transformer.

(m) Transformer losses shall not exceed the losses mentione in Table 6 of IS : 1180 Part of 2014 Part- I with energyu efficiency level - III

(n) Oil temperature indicator.

M&L for Cutting of road /Hard standing to a size of 30 cm in width and not exceeding 90cm in depth for laying of protection pipe /cable including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers and providing PCC in 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, for the top 100mm layer, complete all as specified and directed.
