Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises.

M & L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm crushed stone aggregate as in leveling course complete.

M & L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile exe 0.11 Sqm but n.exe 0.18 Sqm, laid in floors set and jointed with neat cement slurry including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick average thickness for laying floor finishes in cement mortar (1:4) and pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkhats or frames of any description exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sqm and resecuring, easing , adjusting and re-fixing in same opening complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for laying of pipe/electric cables and getting out in soft loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering & well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick in soil

Removal of excavated material n. exc. 50 m and deposited where directed at a leveln. exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and lay LT UG cable 2 core 6 sqmm XLPE insulated sheathed armoured 1100 volts grade laid in trenches complete incl indoor/ out door joint all as directed and specified.

Supply and lay LT UG cable 3.5 core 35 sqmm XLPE insulated sheathed armoured 1100 volts grade laid in trenches complete incl indoor/ out door joint all as directed and specified.

Material and labour for dry sand cushioning to underground cables in trenches including spreading, levelling, hand punning and consolidating, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid.

M & L for reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type -1 flat of size 250mm x 150mm x 40 mm for cable protection all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for surface point wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade multi stranded FR Copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area) drawn in and including PVC casing caping of required size with all fittings and accessories alongwith one single core green colour PVC insulated 1100 volt grade multi stranded FRLSH Copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm as earth lead and connected to earth dolly for one light point or one fan point or one call bell point controlled by one, one way switch including PVC switch board of required size or 3mm thick hylam sheet screwed with 04 nos cadmium coated screws & cup washer on existing MS concealled box for mounting of switch, regulators or bell push and casing caping terminal box for mounting ceiling rose/ holders etc incl dismantling and taking down old unserviceable point wiring and making good to disturbed surfaces all as specified and directed.
