“Demolition of 24 Nos dilapidated TNGRHS flats at Chavadi, Vellore Town, Vellore District.” and removal of debris and retrieved materials including Salvaging all re-useable materials, such as teak wood scantlings, teak wood planks, M.S. rods and RTS rods and removing the debris and clearing away from site of work i.e. at a Municipal yard away from Town limit, leveling the site including cost of machineries lorry hire charges, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for dismantling, upto ground level, leveling etc., all complete taking away the salvage materials (The knock down amount should be paid immediately on getting confirmation order) removing the debris, leveling etc., all complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
