Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) exc. 50m and not exc 100m depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300mm bore reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200mm thick Concrete bed to drain pipes 300 bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides & surrounding of pipes after they are laid and tested; in cement conctrete type C-2, 1:3:6, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone agg as in Path/Hard standing, concrete laid in alternate panels, including Use and waste of form work/screed strips, finishing surfaces of concrete topping even and fair (without using extra cement), brooming the surface uto a depth of 2-3 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub floors, sub bases, floors and pavings etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made cement concrete cloured chequered tile of size 300x300x25mm machine pressed (using vibro compaction method) with 3mm to 5mm thick topping in white cement and non fadeble glossy pigment (using rubberised moulded, glossy finish) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thickness M-35 grade Machine pressed precast concrete factory made paver block confirming to IS-15658-2006 (topping thickness not less than 5mm thick with white cement and colour pigment non fadable epoxy coating) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 80mm thickness M-40 grade Machine pressed precast concrete factory made paver block confirming to IS-15658-2006 (topping thickness not less than 5mm thick with white cement and colour pigment non fadable epoxy coating) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), making drainage opening wherever required including excavation in any type of soil for laying, demolition of old kerb stone and removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone agg as in Path/Hard standing, concrete laid in alternate panels, including Use and waste of form work/screed strips, Finishing surfaces of concrete topping even and fair (without using extra cement), brooming the surface uto a depth of 2-3 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel any inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing , dressed stone work and precast concrete articles,and removal of debris out off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks (Old Size bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & directed.

All as per Srl item No 19 but except bricks using old serviceable bricks.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks (Old Size bricks), sub class'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius as in half brick thick walls, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls of any description etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on brick masonary on other than fair faces of brick work, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of premium acrylic emulsion paint and UV resistance , Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied over new plastered/concrete/kerb stones surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying one coats of premium acrylic emulsion paint and UV resistance , Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives over and including preparation of old plastered/concrete/kerb stones surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition, rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Providing, precast cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates), as in cover slabs (for septic tanks, manholes) and similar articles including necessary moulds/fromwork set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type any description and removal complete all as specified and directed

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns, in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills,chajjas, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of barbed wire in any position, of any description complete all as specified and directed. Note: Each line of wire to be measured separately.

S&F in repairs galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barded with 2mm dia wire at 75 mm spacing, straining and fixing to any type of standard rail, standard bolts including securing or tying at crossing with galvanized mild steel wire staple or steel pins complete all as specified and directed. Note: Each line of wire to be measured separately.

All as per item No-37 but except barbed wire (using old serviceable wire) with restraining resecuring including making good staples etc.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface (Soft/loose soil) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing of galvanised steel wire (as per sample) complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire and fixing with MS angle iron fencing posts complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in concrete including taking out embedded portion, making good disturbed ground and removal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for flat iron fillets for securing chainlink/wire mesh including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc, conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end, screwed the other or screwed both ends. Each screwed end to be fitted with two washers and one hexagonal or square nut n exc 5 cm long (5 to 10mm dia) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild Steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notiching for wire etc, flat iron 40x6 mm fillet (for securing wire mash etc) including all necessary drilling bolting or revetting etc and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe-310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description n.exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthatic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Frame work such as door or gates etc, including hooks, hold fast, locking, hanging arrangement, fastening and fixing posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. complete to similar work conferming to fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 17-18mm Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including demolition of old stones/tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of reinforced concrete drain pipes, 200mm dia jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required and removal complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 200 mm bore reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick Concrete bed to drain pipes 200 bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides & surrounding of pipes after they are laid and tested; in cement conctrete type C-2, 1:3:6, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of reinforced concrete drain pipes,150mm bore, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required and removal complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed

S&F concertina coil with punched tape of 600mm dia centre core wire shall be minimum 2.5mm dia of mild steel wire confirming to IS 280-2006 .Galvanised coating of steel concertina coil shall confirm to the requirement as laid down for medium coated wire inv IS 4826 "hot dipped galvanised coating of round steel wires" concertina coil shall be fixed in diamond shape with the help of dovetail to handle and spike shall be fixed at both end of the coil (minimum wire weight per meter not less than 1.42 kg and each coil pkt having 50 coil should not extend more than 6 mtr each) including dismentling all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work, concrete sruface in cement mortar (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of precast cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), set in cement mortar 1:4 including all mouldings and demolition of old jallies, removal of rubbish complete all as specified & directed.

Deduct :Total amount of SCHEDUL 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs 46,800.00( to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum.
