Note:- All the specification and quality of the materials as per ISO 9000 Certification standards .
Material and labour including jointing and testing of 100mm cast iron sluice valves class PN-1.0 conforming to IS14846 flanged ends drilled having stainless steel spindle with cast iron wheel at top complete with nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gaskets connection complete all as specified.
Supplying, laying, jointing, welding and testing MS Pipe (Heavy class 'C') IS : 1239 of 100mm sizes laid in trenches or in Horizontal/Verical/inclined position or laying on floors or walls for connections for suction, and also in making header to connected sumps including fittings :- Note:- MS Flanges will be measured and paid separately.
Supply and fixing of MS flange 100 mm bore, 16mm thick duly welded with flange joint including Rubber or fiber board gasket joint of size 100mm size connection complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fixing of CI foot valve of size 100mm bore, Flanged ends, Swing type opration with rubber sheet as per IS-4038 all as specifed and directed by Enginer-in-Charge Note :- Flanged joints comlete with jointing mmaterial shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this itmes.

(a) First year of defect liability period as mentioned in Sch 'A' Notes clause No -36.

(b) Scope of work (ii) Cleaning the blockages in any pump/ pipe line (ii) Supplying/ distrbuting the treated water regularly as per the directions (iii) Brooms and cleaning materials will be issued by the contractor free of cost (iv) During the cleaning safety equipments will be issued by the contractor (v) Keeping the surrounding area clean daily and removing vegetation (c) Maintaining the following records: (i) Record of log sheet (ii) The Plant shall be run by the skilled operator minimum qualification ITI/ matric with minimum three year experience. Non submission of police verification with ID proof of operator(s), a panel recovery of Rs. 1000/- per person per month shall be made.
(a) Working hours of a particular team of workers shall not exceed 08 hrs per day and no workmen shall be allowed to work beyond 08 hrs per day. (b) In case the contractor fails to deploy requisite numbers of workmen, the operator / workmen against defficiency shall be deployed at risk and cost of the contractor through SPOT QUOTATION and no payment shall be made to the contractor for the shift involved. (c) In addition to above a recovery of Rs. 500 per shift per workman shall be made from contractor's dues as and when becomes due. (d) Duty roster of manpower deployed shall be displayed otherwise recovery of Rs 500/- per installation per day shall be made.
(iv) For payment of minimum wages to the workers provisions of particulars specification shall be strictly adhered to (v) log sheet for records shall be supplied by the contractor after approvel of format by GE
Carrying samples for testing of treated water of RO and submission of detailed quarterly test report to the office of the Engr-in-charge and testing in Govt approved laboratory . M&L for cleaning of Under Ground Sump of storage capacity of water 50000 Gallon , half yearly throughly by removing mud grits etc from the tank by following method (a) Cleaning inner surface of tank complete by scraping with steel wire brush and and removing mud collected inside the tank manually at a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as directed by engr-in charge (b) Washing with clean water and bleaching powder mixture throughly complete tank internally and removel of left out sludge if any at site at a distance not exceeding 50mtr all as specified and directed.
