Demolition stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm X 30cm X 25mm thick with grey cement and pigments set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile as in floor over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for mild section for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars and similar work conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of concrete / chequred tiles floor of any description and applying one coat of floor paint (terracotta) complete all as specified and as directed make : Indigo Floor Paint or equivalent.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as directed.

Demolition of Precast cement concrete block walling built in CM or Cement lime Mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry exc. 10 cm width with solid block C1 (1:3:6) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on plastered surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 including mixing water proofing compound on concrete/block masonry surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement on all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick / stone masonry wall incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced in any position and paving not exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in 75mm thick as in sub base complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors finishing the surface of concrete topping even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where everrepuired) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the riling with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolt etc, of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangaement and fixing in any type of location as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness including nainital or similar pattern in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, ridges, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed

M&L plain aluminium flat section not less than 0.68 Kg per RM as in wind tie fixed with aluminium self tapping screws complete all as specified.
