Cleaning and removing all scales/ dirt / mud, sediment, silt from OHT of 30000 glns capacity at MH and applying two coats of white wash internally including rendering 10mm thick, externally in CM 1:4 in patches where necessary all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scales and dirt, etc. from 500 ltrs capacity tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes, etc. all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scales and dirt, etc. from 1000 ltrs capacity tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes, etc. all as specified and directed. Note for item No 1 to 6: After clenaning the tank, Date of cleaning shall be written on the tank by using stencil with synthetic enamel paint as directed.

Disconnecting the electric motor of capacity 10 HP from position, strip opening the motor, taking out the burnt copper winding wire from slots, cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with suitable gauge of copper winding wire, insulating and varnishing, baking, including supply and replacing the bearings and refixing the motor with proper alignment with pump set, connecting up the electric connections, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The rate quoted for this item shall include labour charge only for maint, repair and replacement of defective / unserviceable spares/ accessories. Spares are to measured and paid separately under subsequent items. Lifting of 30HP submersible pump set from shallow well after removing unserviceable MS clamps with the help of chain and pulley block and disconnecting the GI pipes connected to pump set, disconnecting the pump and the motor, opening the motor and removing the unserviceable winding and rewinding with same gauge copper wire, fixing new set of bearing for front and rear side, opening the pump and cleaning the mud and plastic waste from the impeller, reassembling motor and pump, applying grease to all moving parts, spray painting with one coat of existing colour paint and writing SM / MES No with white paint and shifting back to shallow well for lowering the pump set with the help of chain and pulley block and fixing with new MS clamps with nut bolts including connecting pipe, electrical connection and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Cost of other minor items / spares such as nut, bolt washers, gaskets, paint etc which are not covered but required for effective functioning of the plant shall be deemed to be included in this item. (ii) All repair works should be completed with in 7 days.
