ROAD, PATH, HARD STANDING & SIGN BOARD WORKS

Item No. 1 Corrosion free stainless steel pipe (any section of pipe) of 16 gauge round/square of grade 304 as in framed work for sign boards & similar work including cutting, bending, welding and legs embedded in PCC after excavation complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. Note : Excavation and PCC will be measured and paid separately.

Item No. 2 High density retro reflective sign board made of hardened ACP sheet 2mm thick, pop riveted to stainless steel pipes as required. Sign boards should be reflective both sides with wide HIP sheet and overlay film of blue/green/colour with computer cut letter /sign and border made of high intensity grade white/yellow sheeting and mechanically fixed on ACP sheet complete all as specified and diredted by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes : (i) Stainless steel framework shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (ii) The rate shall include all computerized lettering of any height , width and any Nos and may consist of letter, symbols or alphabets in any pattern and of any size etc complete as per data provided during execution. (iii) The sign board shall be manufactured as per sample kept in AGE (I) office. (iv) contractor are advised to inspect the sample kept of AGE(I)'s office on any working day before quoting their rates. No claim on this account shall be entertined at later stage.

SUMMER AND WINTER APPLIANCES

Item No. 3 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of self standing Water cooler fully stainless steel, electric driven single phase 230 Volts, 50 Hz having storage capacity of 80 Ltrs and nominal cooling capacity of 40 Ltrs wit Suitable compressor, ecco friendley R 134A refrigernt, externally mounted thermostat for easy regulating temperature with extra large stainless steel water tray for fast drainage of water complete all as specified.

Item No. 4 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning Desert Air cooler, electric driven single phase having having nominal air flow capacity of 4000 CuM per hour factory made out of 1.0mm thick (20 Gauge) MS sheet powder coated, electric driven capacity 170w, 230V (single phase ), having approx storage capacity of 60 Ltrs with MS fabricated stand made out of 40 x 40 x 5mm angle frame duly grouted in wall, painted 2 coats of synethetic anamel paint over a coat of red oxide for placing desert Air Cooler,fan motor, tolly pump, rotary switch complete all as directed.

Item No. 5 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning voltage stablizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input varriation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stablized at 230 V with accuracy of + 2.5% and of capacity 2.0 KVA, complete all as directed.

Item No. 6 Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled inddoe type and designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with outlet voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of + 2.5% and capacity 1.0 KVA, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No. 7 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of aesthetically designed Glass Top Deep Freezer double sliding door electric driven single phase 240 volt, 50 Hz up to 320 litre capacity BEE 5 star rated and equivalent latest EER/ISEER rating with an adjustable working temperature from -12 °C to - 22 °C ecco friendley refrigerent R134A, Anodised Stucco Aluminium inner cabinet, Low Emissive Toughened Glass for top lid, PUF Thickness upto 70 mm and heavy duty castors for easy mobility all as specified.

Item No. 8 Supply, installation,testing and commissioning free standing Refrigerator, electric driven (single phase) 50 Hz ,of capacity not less than 256 Litres, BEE 5 star rated and equivalent latest EER/ISEER rating, smart Invertor Compressor that performs an energy efficient performance. It offers a Smart Diagnosis System and an Auto Connect Feature and has an anti- bacterial gasket, moist balance crisper along with a humidity controller, LED indicator, door opening cabin light and warning alarm. It will have the provision of stainless steel handle with locking arrangement and deep frost system with all accessories egg tray vegtable tray etc comple as specified.

Item No. 9 Angle iron frame for supporting desert coolers made to shape out of 40x40x5mm equal angle iron fixed with arc welding or fastening with nuts and bolts all as per site requirement & directed. The MS structure shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over one coat of red oxide after through cleaning of surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 10 Supply, installation,testing and commissioning of Water heater storage type, electric driven 215Volts 50Hz single phase capacity 25 litres 2000Watts BEE 5 star rated and equivalent latest EER/ISEER rating, with over heat auto cut-off thermostat provision , energy saving high quality PUF insulation, Adjustable knob for temperature settings between 25 degree C to 75 degree C to get the desired temperature. Inner tank made of extra thick superior cold rolled steel, Earth leakage circuit breaker (ELCB) with all connected flexible pipes and other accessories for fixxing, complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Item No. 11 Cutting of existing CI pipe line 100 mm dia and inserting tee 100x100x80mm for taking branch connection all as directed including threading, excavation and earth work etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Item No. 12 CI sluice valve class PN 1.6 conforming to IS 14846-2000, suitable for 80mm bore of pipe, with iron wheel at top and brass spindle, flanged both ends including rubber joints, nuts, bolts gasket and washers and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No. 13 Construction of brick masonary valve pits of size 900 mm x 900 mm x 900 mm (internal dimension of chamber), depth of chamber to be recokoned from the top of PCC in foundation to top of MS cover as shown in drg with and including MS sheet cover fabricated from 3 mm thick MS sheet and frame of angle iron 40 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm with fixing arrangement hinges and locking arrangement and painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces on MS cover and frame including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, brick work using bricks as mentioned in PS clause 5.1 in cement mortar 1:6, 15 mm plastering in cement mortar 1:4 both internally and externally 30cm below GL, 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No. 15 Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical tank with close top) of 5000 Ltr capacity, triple layer with and including 20mm dia brass float valve and GI tank nipple, complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (i) Excavation, earthwork, sand cushioning, cable covers, pipe for cable protection shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Cable for laying/fixing shall be issued under Schedule 'B' as free for fixing only.

Item No.18 Supply, jointing, testing and commissioning cable end termination jointing kit 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No.19 Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor end termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 ½ core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of 95 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No.20 Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with jointing material heat shrink type and accessories suitable for 3 ½ core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 185 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No.21 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 125 KVA outdoor transformer pole mounted 11KV on HT side and 433 volts on LT side at no load step down 3 phase 50 c/s AC double wound oil immersed naturally cooled with external cooling tubes core type. Transformer with off load tapping on HT side to vary secondary voltage +- 7.5% in steps of +-2.5 %. The transformer shall confirm with the requirement of IS-2026 and oil shall confirm to IS-335,1983. The temp rise shall not exceed 55 degree centigrade in winding and 45 degree centigrade in oil when measured by the resistance method after continous full load run and on ambient temp of 48 degree centigrade, copper wound, (losses shall be as per IS-1180 Part I 2014 level 3 ), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The transformer shall include the following:- (a) HV Bushing of suitable size. (b) LV glands and cable box of suitable size. (c) Oil conservator. (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent. (e) Thermometer pocket with thermometer dial of suitable size. (f) Two Earthing terminals on tank and take cover with lugs to suit 32x6 mm GI strip. (g) Rating Plate. (h) Terminal marking plate. (i) Oil level gauge. (j) Oil drain and filter valve. (k) Lifting lugs (l) Four plain rollers. (m) Oil filter plug with connection complete. (n) Extra bushing for neutral outside the cable box for providing independent earthing. (o) Oil filling hole with cap. (p) First filling of oil. (q) One cable box on LV side with one cable gland suitable for reception of 01 No 3.5 core 400 sqmm LT cable.

Note : (i)The drawing and design of FPB /Specifications is to be approved from GE before manufacturing. Item No.28 Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron 32x6mm earth strip by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel with protection pipe of GI, light grade 40mm bore, watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade, earth plate surrounded by alternate layer of coal dust and common salt 15 cm thick each layer all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including funnel with wire mesh, earthing chamber with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 80 mm thick precast RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sqm) and frame including all excavation and earth work etc. all as specified. Note : 1. Earth chamber shall be constructed at least 1.50 metre away from the top of earth electrode, the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. 2. Cost of 7.5m length of GI strip & GI protection pipe included in the rate of this item. Extra length shall be measured and paid separately

Item No. 29 Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm, burried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate vertically to a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to galvanised steel earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia (8 SWG) of any length as required at site, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel, earth lead wire encased in and including 15 mm bore GI medium grade pipe for protection of GI wires 20 mm dia watering pipe medium grade including charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil /strata all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including funnel with wire mesh, earthing chamber with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 80 mm thick precast RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sqm) and frame including all excavation and earth work etc. all as specified. Note : (i) Earth chamber shall be constructed at least 1.50 metre away from the top of earth electrode, the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) Cost of 7.5m length of GI wire & GI protection pipe included in the rate of this item. Extra length shall be measured and paid separately.

Item No.31 Supply and errection of steel tubular swaged poles single swan neck, 09 mtr long, type -410 SP-31 confirming to IS 2713 applying 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer externally above ground level and a coat of anti-corrosive paint below ground level and marking with alternate yellow and black paint strip 30 cm wide-total 05 Nos with synthetic enemal paint complete with and including provision of CI base plate, final taper plug bolts, nuts, screws, drilling works including numbering to poles, erected & fixed in vertical position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Item No.33 Aesthetically Designed SMD LED Street light luminaires of 45 watts System wattage for energy saving having IP-66 degree of protection ,With minimum system efficiency as > 85 % ,made of Pressure die cast aluminum housing powder coated in graphite grey and heat resistant thoughned glass with excellent thermal management including PVC cable connector. LED's should have lens optics and vandal proof prismatic poly carbonate covers for ensuring efficient optics and uniform distribution of light. The Junction box shall be insulated and made out of polycarbonate with glass fiber reinfored.The polycarbonate JB shall be not less then 205x225x112mm suitable for 16/25sqmm cables size with terminals,environment fiendly,recyclable,UV resistant,halogen and silicon free,anti acid and anti corrosive.The gasket material shall be polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded.The JBs shall be complies with requirements shall be internally embedded. The JBs shall be complies with requirements if the standards IEC 60998-1,IEC-60998-2-1,IEC-60670-22.For better safety the polycarbonate encl shall be fire retardant and self-extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60695-2-11.

RAIN WATER HARVESTING WORKS

Item No.60 Loose filling with aggregates of broken stone or boulders of gauge 20 to 50 mm in soakage pits, soakage well and in other similar situation complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No.63 Drilling pilot bore hole of 150mm dia by rotary drilling method (Direct/ reverse) through rig machine for injection well in any kind of soil strata or rock including disposal of surplus soil/rock to a distace not exceeding 50 metre complete all as specified including deploying required rig machinery. T&P equipment etc complete inclduing transporting of all materials like rig machine, tool and plants, collection of log samples (drilling/ cutting) and to maintain drill time log book all as specified and directed

Item No. 64 Reaming of 150mm pilot bore hole to 250mm bore with direct circulation rig machine/ reverse rotary circulation method in any kind of strata of soil/ rock from ground level to 100 Metre depth below ground level all as specified and directed Notes for item No 63 to 64 (a) The follwoing activities are to be carried out and reports as mentioned to be submitted by the contractor which is deemed included in the rates quoted. (i) Taking the sample of strate at every 3.0 interval and every change in strata and preparation of litho logs based on these samples, (Cost of provision of sample strate box size 1200 x 750X100mm of specification as directed by GE shall be deemed included in the quoted rates. (ii) Preparation of drill time log and sumbitting to deptt. (b) The change upper or lower limit of boring from ground level with a particular dia of drill not accounted to any deviation and rates quoted against these items is only appliceables even if drilling depth varies from Sch `A' and nothing extra is admissible on this account.

Item No. 65 Supply, assembling, jointing lowering and fixing in postion PVC plain casing pipe, heavy duty of size 150mm bore with a thickness 7.5 to 8.5mm conforming to IS-4985 having male threads at spigot end and female threads at socket end screwed and socket type in all jointing accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

RECTIFICATION OF DEFECTS WORKS

Item No.72 Jacketing of column with Micro concrete Support & Surface Preparation Scope against this item consists as under :- (a) Providing and erecting steel props (up to full height, braced at center, resting on wedge and block to support the structure provisionally during repair work and maintaining them in position till required and as directed. (b) Chipping of surface of unsound/weak concrete/cover of reinforcement over slab, column, and walls or as per site requirement by chiseling maxiumn up to 30 mm depth and disposal of debris from site as directed. (c) Applying Epoxy Bonding Primer complying ASTM C 881 Type II Grade 2 Class B+C @ 0.4 Kg/Sqm by mixing & applying two component epoxy resin concrete bonding coat on prepared RCC sufaces as per manufacture specification including preparation of surface by chippping and thoroughly cleaning of surface complete wherever required all as directed.

Item No.73 Jacketing of column with Micro concrete Scope against this item consists as under :- (a) Providing and fixing water tight centering and shuttering including bolting strutting, propping etc. including removal of form work from column, beam etc.complete as per site requirement all as directed. (b) Supply and apply a ready to use non shrink, cementitious free flow micro-concrete (>100mm) of Compressive strength >60 N/mm2 (28 days) according to ASTM C 1107-99 complete as per site requirement all as directed. {Yield : Appox . 17 Itr/bag (30kg) (depending on the size and quantity of coarse aggregate added)}.

Item No.74 Strengthening of columns with high strength epoxy grouting Packer drilling, installation and finishing Scope against this item consists as under :- Drilling and fixing injection packers in RC members including, (a) Drilling Holes :Drilling holes in structural members at the intervals as directed, Cleaning of holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (b) Fixing of Packers: Insert 12mm dia, 50-75 mm long injection packers in cleaned holes with structural grade epoxy adhesive like Sikadur-31 or equivalent. (c) Supply and apply a shrinkage free low viscous epoxy resin based injection grout of technical parameters Compressive strenght >=55 N/mm2 (7days) according to FIP 5.12 and IS 9162-1979, Tensile strenght >30 N/mm2 (14 days) according to ISO 527, Bond strength >10 Nmm2 (14 days) or concrete failure according to ASTM C882 all as directed. {Yield :0.88 ltr/Kg} (d) Cutting of Packers : Cut the packers by cut of wheel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements

Item No.75 Plastering of slab with High strength mortar. Scope against this item consists as under :- (a) Supply and apply a Dual shrinkage compensated, trowelable fiber reinforced thixotropic repair mortar of technical parameters : Compressive strength >=50 N/mm2 (28 days) according ASTM C109, 70 mm Cube ; flexure strength >= 9 N/mm2 (28 days) according to EN 196-1 ; Bond strength >= 12 N/mm2 (28 days) or concrete failure accoring to ASTM C882 all as directed. Note for item Nos. 72 to 75 Products used for these items shall meet above technical requirements of make Sika/BASF/Fosroc.

Item No.76 Efflorescence treatment over Damp proof course/plastered surfaces all as stipulated in Drawing No TD-172 sheet No. 1:1. However instead of bitumen coating mentioned in drawing two coats of TIKI BOND SPL' of Tiki Tar industries @ 1.50 kg/Sqm per coat over Tiki primer-S @ 0.3 kg/Sqm or two coats of 'wall mastic-352' of shimilar Co. @0.50 kg/Sqm per coat (secound coat shall be applied after drying of first coat) shall be applied on the Damp proof course/plastered surfaces as per manufacture's instructions.
