Clearing & Grubbing: Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation grass bushes, shrubs, sapling and trees girth up to 300 mm removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials (C) By mechanical means in area of light jungle.
Excavation for Road Work: Earthwork in cuting in all sorts of soil including conveying and spreading the stuff, embankment, including dispossed of unused excavated soil as and where directed with all required lead and lift, all complete as directed by engineer -in - charge.
Embankment & Subgrade : Construction of embankment, subgrade, shoulders with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting, excavation from drain and foundation of other structures including graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoRTH, will all lead and lift all complete as directed by engineer -in - charge.
Embankment & Subgrade : Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads (earth arrange by agency own cost), transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2. CBR > 8.0, all complete as directed by engineer -in - charge.
GSB Grade II : Granular Sub-Base with Coarse Graded Material (Table:- 400-2) Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. of MoRTH. (All materials, mix design must get approved from Engineer-in-charge prior to commence the work).
Wet Mix Macadam : Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including profile correction with 250 mm thickness including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoRTH. (All materials, mix design must get approved from Engineer-in-charge prior to commence the work).
Prime Coat : Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared/existing non bituminous surface with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion including clearing of road surface with mechanical broomer and air compressor and spraying primer at the rate of 0.7 to 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means (bitumen pressure distributors etc.) as per Clause 502 of MoRTH., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam : Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam Grade-II 50-75 mm thickness including profile correction with Hot mix Plant 100-120 TPH capacity using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder grade VG-40 @ 4.5% by weight of total mix of mix and filler (bituminous binder content 4.5% is minimum also no extra payment for bituminous binder content above 4.5% is payable), material mix transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory, tandem and pneumatic tyre rollers to achieve the desired compaction, including clearing of road surface with mechanical broomer and air compressor, including applying Tack coat of bitumenous emulsion grade RS1 @ 2.5 kg/10 sq.mt., all complete as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 and technical specifications in NIT etc. complete in all respects. (All materials, mix design and HMP must get approved from Engineer-in-charge prior to commence the work).
Bituminous Concrete : Providing and laying bituminous concrete Grade-II 40 mm thickness with 100-120 TPH batch type Hot mix Plant producing an average output using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder grade VG-40 @ 5.4 % of mix and filler (bituminous binder content 5.4% is minimum also no extra payment for bituminous binder content above 5.4% is payable), material mix transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory, tandem and pneumatic tyre rollers to achieve the desired compaction, including clearing of road surface with mechanical broomer and air compressor, including applying Tack coat of bitumenous emulsion grade RS1 @ 2.5 kg/10 sq.mt., all complete as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 and technical specifications in NIT etc. complete in all respects as directed by engineer -in - charge. DLC : Construction of Dry Lean Cement, Concrete Sub-base over a prepared base with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/cum without fly ash, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a a fully automatic ready mix plant (RMC), transported to site, laid with a paver, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing to lines and level, curing etc. all complete as per drawing & specifications and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. PQC : Construction of pavement quality concrete of M40 grade with ready mix plain cement concrete pavement over existing surface with approve grade of cement @ 400 kg per cum (minimum) with Ordinary Portland Cement, as per IRC 58-2015 and as per approved mix design by the Engineer-in-charge, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383 (fine aggregate should be white river sand only), maximum size of fine aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in fully automatic batching and mixing plant (RMC) with chiller facility for water cooling, including adding polyester fiber (12mm) with triangular of equivalent cross section with specific gravity 1.35 to 1.40 (Racron 3S) in concrete at the rate of 250 gms per 50 kg of Cement consumption, admixtures as approved, including laying of 125 micron thick. Road Marking : Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface (Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. Road Stud : Supply & Fixxing cats eye (stimsonite) made out Acrilo beautile sterrine injuction high compressed molding with reflector made of MMC (prismatic type size 12 cms x 6 cms x 2.5 cms. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturers recommendation and The color of the marker should be as per the IRC 35-2015 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Precast Kerb with Channel : Providing and fixing of precast drain block (kerbs with channel) of size 600mm x 450mm x 100mm/140mm of M40 grade concrete, properly finished surface, including fixing in proper line and level with by providing a martar C:M 1:5 (1cement : 5 fine sand -white river sand) for levelling, Sample must be approved from Engineer-in-charge before mass production, etc. all complete as per drawings and specifications, (Make:- Confidence Concrete, Vyara, P.M. Dismantling of Existing Drain : Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead.
Excavation for Drainage : Earthwork in cutting including preparing the slope and camber in all sorts of soil including soft rock. Precast Removable Cover : Drain cover (Size : L:1.0-1.3m X B: 0.55 m X H: 0.15 m): Providing & Placing of Precast Drain cover having costomized size to fit the drain covers dimension, made of concrete grade M-40, steel formwork to be used for casting, with lifiting hook facility by providing 2 nos. steel bars 12mm dia with 100mm dia holes on top surface of cover by providing pvc pipe and removing it after hardening of concrete as per drawing, with a smooth surface finish, including compactiopn of concrete by vibratory needle, curing etc. complete, including lifting cover and installation on location by preparation of bed on existing drain wall surface by grinding concrete & cutting of extra steel of existing wall reinforcement with bed 10-20mm thick levelling cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Sand), including finishing the surface, including material excluding reinforcement, transportation charges, (payment to be made in cubic meter as per actual dimension) etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Weep Holes : Providing & laying weep hole in Brick masonry/Plain/Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing foce and jointing the completed as per detailed specification including fixing geo textile cloth in innear side of wall surface on mouth pipe with fixing necessary screw/nail etc. complete.
Providing panel wall for dry stone pitching in uncoursed rubble masonary with hard stone of approved quality and shape & size in cement mortar 1:5 including curing etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying filter material underneath stone pitching in slopes complete as per drawing and Technical Specification Section 2500, etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
